Stillwater Ace Hardware

I had an unbelievable experience at Ace Hardware in Stillwater. I needed a specific bolt for my Insta360 camera mount on my bicycle, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to find a solution. He was determined to help me, and thanks to his persistence, I now have the right piece. Without his help, I wouldn't be able to use the camera this weekend on my trip to Lutsen. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by--thank you!

No one wears a mask and no 6' distancing by employees... UGH... they walked right up in your space as if it's normal times. service was good but clearly they have total disregard for those with health conditions. I'll be waiting until the number of Covid 19 cases magically goes from 15 to zero before stepping foot into this air space again. Wow... so disappointing.

They don't just sell stuff, they help you figure out what you need. Customer service is awesome and they will sell you two little bolts if that's all that's required to get the job done. Plus they'll fix things like window screens and broken wheels so you don't have to buy a whole new item.I needed some non-glare glass for two 8" x 10" pictures I was framing. At Michael's they told me it would cost at least $100 per picture--just for the glass. I went to Ace where they cut the exact sizes I needed. Total $9 for both!Ace might charge a bit more for that tube of caulk or that BBQ grill, but in the long run, shopping there saves you money. Plus they're really nice.

I received amazing customer service in this store! Felix helped me find the correct parts for a project I was working on. Felix was over the top helpful, very friendly, and even funny! What I was asking him to help me with was quite difficult but he never gave up and even called in Bob who was an expert in the plumbing department where we were trying to find the part. Bob was also very helpful and very knowledgeable too! They got it all fixed up for me. This is the best store ever with the most helpful, amazing, extraordinary customer service!

Awesome customer service....unlike the big box stores! Wow - I was so terribly impressed with my experience here. The staff actually asked if I needed help and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. NICE!
