Loving you is like food to my soul...bless me with all the awesomness!Eating all the goodies from this fab food truck remind me of the comforts of family and foods that give you warm hugs. I've had their truck a couple of times--once at a brewery and once at a random neighborhood pop up---no joke I almost crashed a birthday party thinking they were part of the party LOL--whoopsService is excellent and food is delish. Reminds me of my parents home cooking once upon a time ago. I've had the O.G wings, Naem Khao, and the baguette sandwich. I generally like/prefer spicier flavor profiles and did not find any of the food to be too spicy but they were definitely flavorful.You can follow them on FB/IG to see where they will be popping up and what specials they may be having. Hope to check them out again when I'm in town.

It reminded me of the soup they used to serve at the Minneapolis Farmer's market over noodles and fresh vegetables. It brought back great memories. It's the kind of food truck that signs up to be the only food truck at a brewery on a Tuesday and then doesn't even bring enough food to last until 6:45. On a Tuesday. Guess I'll not eat dinner and just go screw myself.

We showed up for dinner at the Eden Prairie location. Web said you were open from 4-10pm. We arrived at 7:40pm and no one was there last night 9/12/23. Very disappointed

The wings were amazing and so was the sausage it had a little heat to it which I really enjoyed. The staff was really friendly and I'd stop in again if I'm ever in the area.
