I bought a few items from Solomon's. The bread and pastries were very, very good! I asked if they sold and dog treats. They happened to have made some and just gave them to my dog! Very kind and generous of them!

FOOD: Amazing amazing pastries!! I am a sucker for a good breakfast pastries, and they have many awesome options. Everything was so fresh, and nothing was overly sweet. SERVICE: The staff here was SO friendly. The line was very long, but they managed to get through everyone quickly. AMBIANCE: I went to the Molly City Farmers Market stand, but the ambiance of the farmers market is awesome. So many fun stands to check out!LOCATION/PARKING: Once again, still have to make it to the bakery, but the Stand at the farmers market is a great location. Right next to the Guthrie theatre and stone arch bridge! Street parking might be a bit difficult to find.

Truly a work of art. I mean look ! at ! these ! pastries ! The use of fresh, slightly tart berries contrasted with the sweet, flaky dough is perfection

Solomon's has been setting up shop at the Mill City Farmers Market every Saturday. They sell a wide range of French pastries, as well as some various breads. Their croissants are TO DIE FOR, some of the best in the entire midwest. I highly recommend the chocolate almond croissant, but any of them are great choices. There is usually a fairly long line, and they also sell out of their most popular options, so do yourself a favor and go on their website and order the night before (by 8pm) and you will skip the line and be guaranteed your treats! Prices are reasonable, and customer service is awesome.

This place is no longer Chez Arnaud it now Solomon's Bakery. There is no signage showing this but they have cards with this info and you walk in and see their signature breads. I have been there only on Saturdays around 2pm. The selection is very limited but I've had the feta spinach croissant - to die for, the Nutella beignet (more of a donut) - amazing, the butter croissant - delish, and the chicken meat pie - tasted like handheld chicken noodle soup in pie - wasn't a big fan. And although mostly very good a little on the pricy side. The owner was very nice and told me on the weekdays the selection is much larger. There is no were to sit so you have to take you food and go. It's more of an industrial location where they actually bake the goods. I didn't mind it but if you're looking to sit and enjoy a nice piece of pastry than this isn't the place.

As of January 5, their selection is VERY limited and hours are random and not posted on the door. I stopped In today and the reason i was told for the inconsistency and lack of macaroons is the chef left. I was told that are trying to hire new chef. Let's hope they get one soon!

This is the best thing to happen to old school baking. Andy and the crew work tirelessly to ensure that the treats and bread are going to be fresh for all to enjoy! I'm sure that I will be there soon for more.

I stopped in for a "Too Good To Go" surprise bag and got some of the most delicious tasting bakery items. We were surprised by a few crossiant items that were some of the best I've had (and I went to culinary school) and a beautiful loaf of sourdough that my children were so excited to eat as French toast and Grilled Cheese sandwiches. The lovely lady at the counter was so sweet and friendly. I can't wait to search them out at the Farmers Market or Dragon Star market and try more soon!
