This is a great brewery. Right on the main drag through town. Ample parking. Super cool space, inside an old movie theater.

What a gem in downtown Sleepy Eye! This old movie theater turned coffee shop/brewery is one of a kind. Sleepy Eye Brewery has excellent beer and is always coming out with new microbrews. I enjoy getting a flight (in an old movie reel) to try as many beers as I can. They often have food trucks on the weekend. Be ready to wait in line for food though, it seems like the line is all the way down the sidewalk often.

I love a good small town brewery, and this is just that. Built in an old movie theater including the old school signage, Sleepy Eye Brewing is pouring beers that will quench your thirst. While out in the area I made a pit stop as I was feeling a bit quenched. I got a flight and took a seat at the bar.Been There Done That:A Coffee Cream Ale brand new on tap - an experimental ale for them. They took their base cream ale and threw a bunch of whole coffee beans into the beer. The color is a little darker than a traditional cream ale from the beans, while also giving a blond roast flavor and a bit of tannin from the skin of the beans.Sleepy EyePA:A West Coast IPA that was super tasty. This is one of their flagship beers that has been around since they opened. It is nice to see an IPA on a menu that isn't a hazy, and glad that this one had great citrus notes with a good bitterness at 80 IBU. This is just a good old school IPA.St. Nick's:A Stout served on nitro packed with peppermint flavor. The beer was like the holidays in a glass, maybe not in season, but I don't care in the slightest! It made me feel basic in all the right ways.Stay Pucked, Man:A Fruited Sour with over 400 pounds of blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry. Then 60 pounds of marshmallow fluff in addition to a big ol' box of graham crackers. This baby is THICK. Don't get this if you aren't feeling a smoothie style sour as it coats the glass as you drink it. I honestly drank every last sip as it was sweet, delicious, and made me happy. Sometimes, you just want a beverage like this and after a day of drinking Bocks over in New Ulm I was into it._________________

What a fun, cute little brewery...they do a great job with their beers, especially their peanut butter porter. It's housed in an old movie theater and the flights are served in old movie reels. They also support other local businesses. They had some amazing tonics for sale from Sweethaven tonics. We can't wait to return!

What a great place! Really good beer, great bartenders and staff with great ambiance being in an old theater. Bathrooms were also huge and most importantly clean. Morning coffee was great and my wife liked the place so much she bought a shirt. Prost. We will be back in our lederhosen again.

Love this spot. Located in an old movie theater, it looks great and for my money has the best beer in South Central MN. I try to go every month or two so I can try the new beers that they rotate through, and my expectations have been met every time.Flights are nice and cheap, a few outdoor drinking areas. Sharp looking merch. Also a coffee shop! Kind of an interesting combo.

Great beer in a beautiful setting. We stopped one day and they technically weren't open for a few hours but we struck up a conversation with one of the owners and he let us try a flight. They were all delicious and I'm not really a beer lover.

A must try!! ! I tried both the Smoothie seltzer (7.5%, mango-passion fruit) and Staycation (key lime salted lager) while in town for the day. They were delicious, and the bartender provided samples for me to try before making my decision! The bartender was also very kind and attentive. We played some complimentary games (Connect4 and Bananagrams) after their "Clue" themed dinner-show. The building itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was great and I will be coming back for a "crawler" very soon!

We stopped on our way through town Sunday afternoon. I have wanted to stop previous trips but didn't have time. We had 4 different beers and they were all good. Our server was very nice and enjoyed our visit with her. The building is really cool and we will stop again.

Ruby and Holly were really sweet! We came to do homework in the coffee shop and stayed through the afternoon to have snacks. They were so kind and helped us choose what to get. Thanks for a great experience!
