Shore 96

This place had a dive bar feel with darker lighting- pull tabs at the front and advertised events such as karaoke and meat raffles. I stopped for lunch during my work day and appreciated that they had lunch specials. I do wish they offered gluten free buns though.They have a large parking lot- the restaurant is dimly lit- nice for that night time going out feel but not at lunch when I was reading. The service was fast. My cheeseburger came out plain- I asked for tomatoes and lettuce which the server brought quickly. Tip: they offer a discount if you pay in cash.Overall this restaurant was just ok- nothing that really stood out that would have me wanting to come back.

NEIGHBORHOOD BARI have been to this establishment since it first opened decades ago. A few different names & owners. Even a major overhaul. However, the neighborhood bar feel is still there. Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. The bartenders & servers are pretty friendly, and it is comfortable and safe.So I give it 3 stars because, there is nothing outstanding from what I can see. First time I have went here and it was not bad, it just didn't blow me away. It's basic breakfast food, they also have sandwiches, and a few dinner options. Nothing that will necessarily bring me back with some of the other options near by. The service was ok albeit a little slow it was not too bad. The bar looked decent and they seem to have some pretty good drink specials if that is your cup of tea. The ambiance is that of a local bar and grill. TVs playing and people talking. Not my favorite place, but certainly not terrible.

Coworker friend and I needed to destress and reconnect after work. So we headed to Shore 96 for their happy hour.We squeezed in our food order before 3pm (lunch specials). It was hard to read their beer menu on the wall... don't use the blue chalk! It's not enough of a contrast against the black board. I asked if they had any cider beer (I didn't read any that were familiar to me like Angry Orchard or Stella's) and the young waiter didn't really know... so I ordered a pop instead. CF ordered the apps and was full before they were gone. I ordered the Ceasar wrap and it was made perfectly. The right amount of dressing to not be too dry or too soggy. French fries were hot and crispy.

A classic small pub type of vibe. I love the ambiance of everyone having a great time in their own space. Any restaurant with pull tabs gets an extra star from me! The food wasn't anything special to be honest, but I enjoyed it still. The service was nice and timely. I will be adding this to my favorite local spots for a brewski!

I'm happy I'm close to this dive bar. It's got quality food for decent price. Enjoy the lunch specials and kind staff.

We were back in MN on a Friday night for a soccer tournament and that meant walleye for dinner. We checked the website and they were open until 10:00. We arrived at 8:45 and put our order in right away for four walleye dinners. Our waitress was great but came back and said the kitchen won't make our dinner as it was 1 min to nine. What? I asked to talk to the manager and she advised there wasn't one on this shift. So, the four of us left and had a great walleye dinner at the Green Mill. I would suggest that the owners either have a manager on duty as your chef isn't interested in growing your business or make our awesome waitress the one in charge as she gives a damn about your customers and your business. She needs a raise!

Started coming to the suburban "dive bar" weekly as the food was good and it was not crazy expensive. Bummer that over the last couple years the prices have increased to match local rival: The Tavern, which has better food, so now we go less--cost was worth it before but not as much now. Service is always excellent.

Nice place to stop at after snow shoeing. I started with my favorite, a Guinness. I had a spicy Rodeo burger. It was huge and I had tots with it. It was spicy enough and good. I was able to take some home to finish later.

The pizza here is wonderful. As are the menu items. The service is excellent. So yes Five Stars. Across the board from whenever eaten there.!
