Sheeley House Saloon

It's taken years since I left town to finally make it back here under the (not so) new ownership. I've heard such good things and so when we found ourselves with an open afternoon, we stopped by for dinner. The ambiance is casual with lots of fun things to examine on the walls - some historic, some new. We started with the Brussels sprouts, loaded with bacon and Gouda cheese. These were a huge hit and we cleared the entire plate. I ordered the Sheely burger with truffle fries and definitely ate beyond capacity. The Mr. ordered the ribeye special and it came out medium rare just as he likes. He ate every bite and when he saw that you could buy a round for the staff for $10, proceeded to do so. He appreciates a perfect steak. Can't wait to come back and try some other items!*NOTE: CASH ONLY*

I was driving into town at 7am Saturday and slowed by this cool old building thinking it would be neat to stop and check it out but it was closed of course at that hour. Later that evening my son and his girlfriend took me there without me knowing. We had great appetizers the Brussel sprouts and cheese curds were amazing. My burger was also very good and the sausage soup was also great. My drinks were stiff and we met the owner. She was kind enough to try to put hockey on for us. Will go back for sure!

I had the boom boom shrimp and pork tacos. We also had the lemon cheesecake. All the food was incredible with fantastic service. If you're in the area, you need to make a stop!

We love the character of the building, the patio and the staff of this place. Each time we visit Chippewa Falls we make it a point to get here. On our last visit we had the mushroom salad with steak and red rock shrimp and grits. Both were perfectly prepped!

First time in Chippewa falls and we were able to walk to Shelley's! Service was very pleasant and kind! She made our evening and experience top notch. Food was very tasty we shared two dinners and it was perfect!

Just had drinks, but great service. Interesting place with lots of history. Good bar selection and unique setting with ghost stories.

The service and ambiance is wonderful! The overall menu and food quality is terrible, unfortunately. I've been there several times because my dad loves Sheeleys but he and I both feel like the food is not great and it's expensive. I would LOVE to see them fix the menu and food. I would love to help the chef fix the food. It's such a great location and the servers are just so nice. I semi recommend this place....just get drinks.

my waitress Lynnette made my experience horrible for many reasons! Foood was over done, she got mad at US for wanting it Re done . I could say a bunch more but I will leave it at that! Never coming back!!!
