Such great service!!! Sew What was the third call I made to find someone to put in a coat liner. The others didn't do liners. I spoke with Anita and she was very helpful. Dropped the coat on December 9 and picked up December 23. Anita called and said I could pick up the coat so I could get it by Christmas and she would meet me there. The store was actually closed but she stopped in and said I could come By. The price I felt was reasonable. I could never have taken on that job. Thank you so very much Anita. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Oh yes the coat was one I wore in high school and my daughter loved it and had the liner done for her for Christmas!!! I can't forget that Anita fixed the pocket lining and a belt loop that had come loose. She noticed these things and she took care of it. I have used them over the years as well. Always great work!!!

I had a baby shower dress hemmed here, and I thought it was way over priced. She did a nice job, but I ended up paying more to have it hemmed than what I paid for the dress which was a little disappointing. I wouldn't go here again unless it was bridal related.

The Sew What in Burnsville just charged my daughter $110.00 dollars for hemming her dress when the cost of the dress was 60 dollars total. Complete robbery!!! Never go to this place!! A seventeen year old girl going to prom gets charged almost double the price of the dress. Absolutely ridiculous. Anita you should be ashamed of yourself !! It is 0 stars for me although it made me put one. U should be turned into the Better Business Bureu! In fact I'm turning you in now. Didn't realize there were such dishonest people out there! Also, you mentioned you charged for a "rush" It was never considered a rush item and even if so that was a 10 dollar charge. Explain the rest of the heft bill. You can't!

I would not use this service unless you ABSOLUTELY have to.. I brought one sport coat and a suit for alterations. I could not understand the woman but managed to get the measurements and she told me they wouldn't be ready for 3 weeks June 13th. I showed up today and she had no idea what I was talking about searched, and searched and finally realized that my sport coat was done but the suit hadn't been started yet... So its a day late, I made a special trip just to pick these up and the suit hasn't even been started? Plus I don't believe the sport coat was even altered. I will be reaching out to the manager but if I would not use this cluster F*** of a business....

Service was good. Friendly greeting. Place was clean. Asked for 2 pants to be hemmed and I needed a same day rush. Got them back, they fit great but the hem was not seen all the way around. Now my feet get caught on the hem not sewn. Won't go back

Took my jacket here to get an estimate on how much to replace a zipper, since other place didn't want my business. Place was clean and people were very friendly and accomodating. Price was what I was expecting to pay and very please with their professionalism. Definitely will be bringing more clothing back here to fix or have altered.

Had some alterations done. They were professionally done, appropriately priced, and done quickly. Recommend.

Service was great! had the waist taken in on some new pants and they fit perfectly.

Had to get a rush job done on a dress. I wanted it turned into a skirt for a trip. They did an amazing job. Was done on time and perfectly. It was a two layer silky material that could not have been easy to work with but it's perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone for any alteration needs.

This place is a ripoff! I went to the one in Burnsville and they charged me an arm and a leg. Plus, it turned out awful and my dress did not fit anymore!!! They were very unfriendly and would not give me any sort of refund! I am an honest person and I would hope others would be too, but I think it is a horrible thing to do to somebody and not even try and help them out after you mess something up. So I had to squeeze into my dress (after loosing weight!) and felt horrible for my brother's wedding. All the other bridesmaids went elsewhere, got a lot of alterations done, and it cost them $100 less than I paid. Plus, their dresses fit and they had a lot more done than I did. I would recommend going anywhere else. Also, I completely agree with Emily G., who wrote a review for the Minneapolis location. Looks like they lost 2 good customers. Good luck Emily!
