Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery

We visited for a birthday and it was a perfect day outside after the ran passed. Very busy on a Saturday but plenty of space for you outside to get away from the crowd inside. The service was great even with the crowd. The bottles also are reasonably priced. Plenty of parking and lots of places for photos!

There were plenty of spots to sit and unwind, and the view was stunning. The level of friendliness was excellent. We ordered a charcuterie board and magarita flatbread, and both were excellent. Without a doubt, one of my favorite wineries to visit again. All the drinks that we tried were all delicious

This was the best winery in waconia and up there with the best winery in the state. The place is big and bright and up to date. The wine was wonderful and light (not the super heavy sugary stuff at other wineries) the beer was good as well as the food. Everyone was very kind, especially the staff

We stopped in last weekend to enjoy the beautiful weather and grab a small bite to eat. The staff was attentive and kind with several bar tenders and several people continuously walking the property and picking up glasses. As a wine club member however, ordering food was yet again disappointing. We have ordered food inside during the chillier months with no issue, but this summer (3 times) we have yet to have a good experience at the outside food truck and I would not recommend. We ordered one order of sliders and it took over an hour for it to be ready. I understand being busy, but there was only one staff person working the food truck, when clearly other staff was available to pitch in. I hope that they are able to either increase their staff at the food truck, or simplify the menu to allow for a better experience and meet customers expectations. However, the food was good and fresh when it arrived!

Love this place beautiful grounds, plenty of seating inside and out and lots of great options for wines, cocktails and food. The bees were kinda crazy outside the day I was there but the vibe otherwise was perfect. I'd love to go back for the live music one day and to try out the bocce ball courts!

Everything from the service to the wine was great! There was plenty of seating inside and outside. We sat inside because there wasn't a lot of open shady areas on a very hot summer day outside, but still found the inside to be enjoyable. We could see the vineyard and the lake from inside the building very clearly and it was gorgeous! There were also people playing bocce ball and they even had a live band playing. You also don't have to worry about parking, there was a huge parking lot right on property! Overall would go back for another glass of wine!

I like this place so much that I've become a wine club member, which awards a 10% discount on wine purchases and 4 free wine tastings per quarter. I've had the food here (burger and fries) as well as a charcuterie board. The food is just OK, and quite honestly could be leveled up (which I've heard might be in the works, and I look forward to). What really shines here is the ambiance and events. The outdoor space is gorgeous with lots of seating, and the live music adds a lot to a wine tasting. I've taken a champagne class here that was enjoyable, too. If you're looking for fun outing with a group (think bachelorette, birthday, or office party), this is a great choice.

My partner and I headed out on the first warm(ish) spring day for a glass of wine and conversation. It was a perfect day. And I'm happy to see that their Bonfire red will be available soon! That one is my favorite. We had the Sangiovese and another red, but the Sangiovese was our favorite. This winery is a special place, I have many sweet memories here. Yoga in the vineyard is starting up again soon!

Gorgeous night and beautiful location. Just the very best blush I have ever had. The owner, Ashley, is so charming. The wine flights are so fun, and the bruschetta is new this summer and is just the best! Love this place! Note: although kids are allowed, this is not a daycare. Please hire a babysitter.
