AHmazing! Planning a vegan/gluten free wedding in Wisconsin was no easy feat. We were lucky enough to have Root to Rise travel to cater the most delicious food we could have ever hoped for. Everything looked beautiful and was absolutely the tastiest! Several meat loving family members came up to tell me how outstanding the food was. I lost track of the number of compliments we received on the apps and dinner. Thank you SO much, Heather and Root to Rise! Ate here for the first time on Saturday at the Northeast farmer's market! Root To Rise doesn't currently have a brick and mortar store, but they're working on it- right now they do pop-up shops, catering, and farmers' markets. My friend and I each got the mac & cheese "egg rolls" which were $10 and included a mustard-like dipping sauce. They were soooo delicious!The employees were extremely friendly and quick. I love that it is completely vegan/plant-based. They have so many unique options (check out their Instagram) and I look forward to trying more!

I've tried two dishes at two Minneapolis farmers markets - tofu hash benedict and the walking tacos. Delicious! Like seriously seriously good! Both were vegan AND gluten free. I will be making the most of getting to eat this delicious food at farmers markets this summer! I have a new twin cities favorite.

I went to the Northeast Farmers Market specifically to try out Root To Rise Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! I was really surprised at how good the sauce was. The biscuit was so fluffy and flaky. The mushrooms were incredible and added so much flavor. Even the presentation was beautiful. The only complaint I had was that the tofu was a little large for my taste, making it more difficult to soak up all the delicious flavors. I hope Root To Rise Kitchen gets a brick and mortar place soon!
