Had a large group dinner of 16 before a show at the ballroom. They were super accommodating of our last minute adds to the reservation and our table was ready to go when we arrived. The space is really large and I'd call it heightened casual. It was loud and busy as it was a Saturday night and there were many folks also headed to the show afterwards. Despite how busy it was, our server was prompt, friendly, accurate and split our checks up without batting an eye at the request. My drink was never empty before he checked in on if I needed another. The drink, beer wine, cocktail selection has something for everyone. The menu has a good mix of what you'd expect at an American grill - wings, burgers, pastas, and some really yummy rice bowls that I would recommend - I had the Cajun steak bite bowl - the spicy sauce served with it was spoon licking! Most seemed happy with their meal but I think the bowls and burgers had the best ratings. Oh and their honey mustard dressing was also delicious!Overall a great time visiting and happy to know it's a fun option when you're looking for a louder, fun bar vibe. Pulltabs are available too!

We went for Bingo on Monday nights. Bring Cash....bingo is not through Roberts but supports youth hockey. I ordered the Cajun steak bites which were delicious. The crowd was a little rowdy but it was in good fun. Would probably go back again.

I found Robert's after growing up in the west metro and going bowling at the Medina ballroom for year end hockey parties. I can't believe my family never ate there!I had my typical - cajun steak bites and Cajun Chicken Cavatappi. Both were great, though I don't like chipotle sauce as much as horseradish for the steak bites (which is what I have seen elsewhere). The pasta was good and using the cavatappi noodles was new to me. Kind of a fun/different texture. Overall a wonderful meal!I'd say this is one of the few decent restaurants heading west on 55 from the Twin Cities and absolutely worth stopping into. I'm thinking my next visit will be for dinner and a show - as there is the ballroom upstairs that hosts live music on the weekends!

Visited Robert's (located in the Medina Ballroom) for a coworkers birthday lunch. It was a Thursday afternoon with a group of 6 of us. The restaurant was rather slow and became moderately busy as time progressed. Mostly a much older crowd overall. The space has a nice decor but not overly fancy. Service was nice but seemed slow for the amount of patrons. Food was pretty good but nothing extra memorable. The entire group liked their food but there was no "wow" to any of it, which was somewhat upsetting given the prices. Had it been a little better or a little cheaper this would be a 4 star in my opinion. Would probably go back for a happy hour and try some apps but outside of that wouldn't recommend.

How do you even start with a burrito this big? Steak bites that are small, one at a time... Oofda, that was a rough pun. I'll have to cover it up... with A LOT OF CHEESE The queso is in no short supply over at Robert's. Check it out: Chipotle Chicken Burrito -- with House smoked chipotle chicken, cheddar-jack cheese, jasmine rice, corn & black bean salsa, chipotle crème, flour tortilla, homemade queso, fresh pico de gallo, fiesta salad, and tortilla chipsSteak Bites -- with crimini mushrooms, jasmine rice, crispy onion straws, tomatoes, and a side of chipotle crèmeTeriyaki Rice Bowl -- Grilled Chicken, stir-fried vegetables, sweet Asian plum sauce, jasmine rice, crispy wontons, and green onionsAll from an establishment inside of the entertainment center off Highway 55 in Medina, MN road The steak was surprisingly cooked to an excellent medium-rare (I find that many places overcook meats in appetizers). Totally tender and delicious, the fried onions gave a nice light crunch to this starter. I didn't feel the rice was needed, but some might like it to help absorb the awesome side of savory, smoky chipotle créme, which complimented the steak wellAnd then BOOM! A total BOMB of a burrito came next. I promise there's a burrito under all that cheese;) Holy buckets this was phenomenal! Rice-to-meat ratio met my expectations for sure, fresh Pico left a bit of a lighter note, and the corn salsa came through with more texture. And the cheese... yes please This monster might only be for a mighty appetite, but there's always the take-home option My dining companion had mostly delightful remarks on the stir-fry style dish. Her one note: save it for those who seriously favor tomatoes Overall, I was very impressed by Robert's. There were plenty of unique menu items, presentation was on point, and several levels of flavor kept the whole meal interesting and novel. I'd head back in a heartbeat

Mmmm....delicious! Went bowling then enjoyed a delicious dinner afterwards. We made a reservation to ensure we'd be able to get in. Staff all wore masks and were friendly. There was hand sanitizer at each table and several tables were closed to adhere to COVID guidelines. My SO and I enjoyed the pretzel sticks, shrimp tacos, and the chipotle chicken burrito. We had tons of leftovers as the portions are very generous-great food for a great price. Will certainly come back again.

Robert's is always a good option for us with its location and available seating. The food is good. It's not fancy or the best ever, but it's reliable for us. We know what we are getting.

Busy place but my waitress was a rockstar. Very prompt. Was absolutely packed because of bingo but I still got a table and my food quickly. Ambiance is a bit boisterous.

We are regulars at Roberts. Interesting to read others reviews that are less than great. I have yet to have a bad meal here. The menu is consistent, the food looks and tastes great. You pay a little more here, but for us, a guaranteed great meal is worth it. We've gotten to know staff and have been treated with the utmost appreciation. I have been searching all over the west side of the Twin Cities for better bone-in wings and have yet to find them. So many flavor/run choices here and the wings are very good sized. This is my go to for wings and cold beer.
