Regency Inn and Suites

Pros: Never have had a problem here. Reserving is a sitch, check ins and outs are simple. They're redoing the carpets right now as i get to my room. My room has new carpet, i assume most of not all do. Decently priced, smells like any hotel so i don't see a problem with that. The AC works wonderfully. Staff is quick and efficient. Pets are allowed for a decent price as well. Cons: The pool is a bit small. Y'all need a middle staircase. Ha! Having to walk down the length of the building why your guys are working on it was a bit of a drag.

First off I felt like I was over charged because I was with someone who got a 2 beds in there room bigger bathroom but I only got a single queen bed and paid the same which was $90 almost $100. Tries to use the pool and the staff responded but did y do anything. Overall experience was worth only one star.

Renovated about 8 years ago the lobby and breakfast room were clean with pleasing aesthetics. However after lodging a family with children who were in between housing it became quite clear there were problems. BED BUGS!!!! GROSSLY INFESTED in the room my grandchildren were in. Had to threaten a lawsuit to get money returned of course this was after the management tried to blame us for the infestation. Sorry... the amount of casings from the growth stages of the bug and the stains in the box springs and mattresses... I would say the infestation has been there for years!!! Also noted a "scum" that one could scrape off with a fingernail around the walls of the pool. If per chance one of those disgusting bugs made it's way to my house... it will cost me upwards of $2,000.00 to treat my home. I'm scared and shaken. Pass this place by! Make your way into town and look for another place.

I was willing to overlook the shabby condition of the "redecoration", the musty smell of the sad little pool, and the lack of working lights. But I can't overlook bedbugs!! When I complained to the management, I received no apology and in fact was told that I had brought them with me!!! This "bargain" hotel is disgusting. I would have given it a zero rating if it had been available.
