I think my husband and I just found a new favorite for Thai and Chinese food in EP! We were both in the mood for Asian - he for Thai and I wanted Chinese - we hit the jackpot!Friendly service, good food, clean, quiet atmosphere, and a great variety of options to choose from. I got the Orange blossom chicken, which is your basic orange chicken, with nice, meaty chunks of tender chicken, and my husband got the Spicy Peanut stir fry, which he loved! The egg rolls are great too, and the cream cheese wontons are cute little rolls of cream cheese, so they're crispy and creamy with every bite! Yum!

We will definitely be back! decided to dine in and service was great! Was an empty restaurant but they had a ton of takeout orders going! Lots of plants and greenery that made it feel cozy! And of course food was great sampler platter was so good! Tried the pho and it was okay wasn't impressed with the meatballs in it but liked the sliced beef! And tried the sesame chicken which the sauce was taste and chicken was good!

I've tried many Thai restaurants in the area and I keep coming back to Red Moon. Their pad thai is one of the best I've had and I love how, instead of cream cheese wontons, they have cream cheese rolls that are incredible! The kung pao chicken was good with big portions and lots of veggies, but the chicken was less tender than I liked. Still really good, but I think you can't go wrong with the orange chicken or pad thai here. Or the cream cheese rolls. Or the egg rolls. Or pretty much anything else!

It felt like a rip off meal it's the saddest portion of dinner I have ever seen for the price point . Inflation is no joke I guess. The sesame chicken was cut up in tiny pieces with sauce on the side for take out. No veggies included . The drunken noodles had maybe 5 pieces of tiny chicken , they were dry and greasy . The red curry beef was actually good but we counted 5 beef pieces of poor quality in a sea of veggies ( veggies were good) . My stomach was hurting hour after the meal. I will definitely not ordering food from them again. Why can't we have a good restaurant in this area . If anybody has a recommendation for a good place that has fresh delicious food let me know . Total for 3 dishes was 51.46 and we were asked to tip on to go food when we ordered online and when we picked it up while signing the receipt. Usually when we order dinner to go it's enough for family of 5 this time we had to stop at different place to pick up more food as the portions were for toddler portioned . Agh I hate getting ripped off.

Nothing I ordered from here was good. The Rahd Nam with chicken had a small amount of bland wide rice noodles and a huge container of the chicken sauce. The sauce was thick and almost gelatinous, with strips of broccoli stems and leaves for veg, and quarter-sized flat pieces of chicken. The noodles had no wok-sear at all. The heat at level 3 was fine but there was no flavor. Spring Rolls included a sad slice of mystery meat with bright-red edges. Mostly rice noodles, just not worth eating. Good peanut dipping sauce. Finally, I tend to judge Asian restaurants by their Hot & Sour Soup and this gets a big thumbs down because it was very sweet. It was thick and almost indistinguishable in appearance from the chicken rahd nam; it was spicy hot but flavorless and goopy. Given that I ate less than half of each dish and tossed the rest rather than saving it for later says it all.

For an Asian cuisine family style restaurant the Red Moon is a five star in such a context & not up against Michelin Restaurant standards, of course. The Loasian curry cuisine with added mint is an authentic soup that transports me to Laos. Try it out & find what you like.

The service is good but the food is subpar for Asian food. It doesn't have any authentic Asian flavor, I was hoping for comfort food but the flavors just weren't there.
