I had been looking for a birthday cake for my niece. I found Rebecca's from searching and ordered their Tres Leches cake. Also, when I was waiting for the cake, I started to talk to another couple waiting to order. They said that they regularly drive from Coon Rapids just to come to Rebecca's. Well, the cake was beyond fantastic! I am not a cake fan however this cake was so moist and not too sweet. All the guests at the party, even those that don't like cake like me, raved about it.The staff were so friendly and helpful and able to be flexible when I asked for writing on top - they did it on the spot. I have been back several times since to order various other bakery goods for me and for other occasions from Rebecca's, all delicious and enjoyed by everyone.Thank you Rebecca's!

Pastries are fantastic. My wife brought some home and after 2 days in the fridge they are delicious and nicely refined. Rebecca's is a great find. We are new in town and I'm a NY first generation Italian .

Fantastic desserts and service! The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I called about getting a cake on short notice and he assured me they would set one aside. As it turns out, they made one fresh for me, and it was beautiful. We tried the vanilla mocha cake and the fruit sampler, and both were amazing. They also had a surprisingly large selection. We will definitely be back and can't recommend it enough!
