Rally Caps (formerly Rally House) serves the best wings in the Chippewa Valley, but the pizza and burgers are also great. Drinks and service are top notch, too. The staff really seem to enjoy being there and providing the best experience for the customers. If you haven't visited this location recently due to bad past experiences, give it a try now that it has new ownership, staff, and menu. You won't be disappointed. I hope they keep some rotating taps, so we get some new craft beers to wash down our wings.

We stopped tonight with a large group after a hockey game and Megan was fantastic. Our group pulled all the tables into 2 long rows and she did a fantastic job of keeping our orders straight and keeping our glasses full. I didn't hear of any issues at all from our whole group.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience on 3-8-24. I would have emailed privately, but there doesn't appear to be a way. Started out really good with our waitress. Once the food came, it went down hill. The fries that came do not match the picture on the website; and being gluten free, I could not eat them. They offer gluten free buns and pizza but no gluten free sides. Speaking of gluten free buns, mine came cold; therefore, it crumbled everywhere. Anyone knows when you do gluten free buns, they need to be warmed. My husband asked for well done, but his burger came with some pink so he asked for it to be cooked a little longer. The waitress said the burgers are done on a conveyor belt, but she will try. Then the bill came, and we were charged $3 each for the fries but the menu says they are included in the cost. Ugh. By the end, the waitress stopped talking to us.
