Rice noodle bowl with the eggrolls. Requested mint be added but they only had basil. Still good!

Que Viet is a wonderful neighborhood establishment, and I am delighted to have tried it.Its menu consists of typical Vietnamese fare, great pho, rice, and noodle dishes, all at a wonderful price. Everything we tried here was amazing, and all affordable. The service is also pretty standard, quick and efficient, nothing more to say.The ambiance inside is great as well, very cute and quiet, certainty has a nice neighborhood feel to it.This place seems like a hidden gem, and I am happy to recommend it to anyone interested.

Used to drive past this place all the time, and when my partner's grandpa said he drives all the way down here to get Que Viet to this day, we had to give it a try.We order their STATE FAIR SIZED eggs rolls, pork lomein, pho tai, and chicken fried rice. Everything was solid and fresh. The lomein was interesting with angel hair style noodles, not necessarily my preference. The fried rice was fluffy, and the pho was decent. I did end up adding a bunch of sauce packets to enhance the flavor.Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Service once seated was very fast. Though we did need to wait about 30 min on a Saturday night. No reservations available. The wontons and the egg rolls were just as good as the state fair! The Lo mein could use a bit more flavor. Recommend the sweet and sour chicken, great flavor and definitely upgrade to the fried rice. The lychee drink was tasty as well. Good size menu with multiple specials as well.

Been here so many times, a review is finally in order. This location has friendly and attentive staff. While I only order vegetarian options, they never disappoint. I especially enjoy the hot/spicy mock duck, as well as the Vietnamese salad with mock duck or veggie egg roll (on the salad). The food has always been good.

Despite not having a great parking situation, I really enjoyed my meal here. I tried their famous egg roll at the state fair over the summer, so I already knew going in that was going to be a slam dunk. I haven't had a great bowl of pho in MN but this is probably one of the better ones I've tried. The broth is flavored well and was perfect for a cold and frigid day. Our server was also really helpful and it's just overall a friendly environment with lots of indoor seating. Definitely get the egg rolls if you visit but overall worth the trip for other meal options!

Met here for dinner on a weeknight. It's a good Vietnamese restaurant. Not sure if it is a must try place but a good spot if you're nearby. They are known for their egg rolls at the MN State Fair and Reader's Poll Award in 2022. Vibes & Aesthetics * A casual restaurant with lots of space! There is a private room that fits about 25 people. Might be a good spot if you're needing a space like that. Our Order* Vermicelli salad (egg roll) - I thought there was too many egg rolls on top. I also like my salad more wet (so more dressing) so I threw my egg roll sauce in. * Egg rolls - My friend ordered the egg rolls. If you don't know, Vietnamese egg rolls are larger and the wrap is a rice wrapper which makes it extra crunchy.* Cream cheese wontons - They seemed fried for a little longer than I'd like. They also have green onions in them so the flavor is quite strong.* Pho - My friend ordered the pho and liked it. It doesn't come out appetizing because there's a lot of cilantro floating at the top. After mixing, it was good! Service* We were well served. I did find something in my water and kindly asked for a new cup of water.

So delicious. I was starving and met a friend for lunch. We split an order of their egg rolls and not had pho and special fried rice. My seafood pho was delicious and had a gigantic mussel in it. Service was amazing.Parking can be tricky as it's only street parking but we went during lunch and I didn't have an issue.

Came here to try the "best eggrolls in Minnesota" and they didn't disappoint. They were EXTRA LARGE. (If you're by yourself just order one cause it's more than enough) The flavor profile was good. They're clearly hand rolled and the meat tastes good. The sauce they come with wasn't zesty enough for me personally. But I'm a sauce girly. But they were good. The service was really good too. I also tried the garlic wings and I wasn't a big fan of them but that's probably on me. They were cooked well and a nice large portion but the sauce just was a little bland for me. Overall, a good experience.

Just go for the eggrolls, you'll feel a lot happier. This restaurant has this food down pat, and it's difficult to just eat one of them. The rest of the food is bland, unfortunately. You can't get anything spicy (maybe spice isn't a part of Vietnamese cuisine?) and there's nothing distinctive about it.The service is friendly, quick, and efficient.

My wife decided we were trying something new, and she had heard that Que Viet was the place to try. For Appetizers, we ordered Egg Rolls, Cream Cheese Wantons and Butterfly Shrimp. The egg rolls are huge and delicious. The sauce for the egg rolls was mild and provided a good additional taste. The wantons and shrimp were good, and enjoyable enough. I wasn't fond of their menu. It only provided the name of the dish, with no explanation of the ingredients. There was also nothing that explained a heat index. I went with Beef Pad Thai, asking the waiter for medium heat. My wife ordered Chicken Chow Main. My son ordered Chicken over Rice. Each dish was plentiful, almost heaping. Beef Pad Thai: The dish looked fantastic when it arrived. I'm not being mean, but the dish had no taste, and it was zero heat. My wife and son also tried it, agreeing that the dish was somehow tasteless. I poured all of our remaining Egg Roll sauce over it, which gave it mild flavor. Chicken Chow Main: Overall this had a good flavor, but the vegetables were lightly undercooked. My wife liked this better reheated the next day, softening the vegetables a little more. Chicken Over Rice: My son quite liked this dish. The chicken had a great flavor and the sauce poured over all of it was perfect. The chicken was tough to cut with a fork, but eventually my son used a spoon to cut the meat (no joke)Overall the meal was fine, but not excellent. I think we'll come back and try it all again, along with trying three more appetizers. There was a decent amount of seating, maybe able to seat 50-60.
