We had 2 children that attended for 2 years before we pulled them out. While curriculum was decent, the lack of transparency from management proved to be the deciding factor. While a teacher was being investigated in our son's class, they chose not to inform the parents even though three teachers in that pod left unexpectedly and on the same day.In addition, management was incredibly slow or completely unresponsive to parent concerns (via both email and phone), which is unacceptable.7 teachers directly expressed to me that they were unhappy at Primrose. There are better alternatives out there. Don't get roped in by the salesmanship.

I'm a parent of current Primrose preschooler and, after being we are moving to the Little Eagles Preschool in Eden Prairie, which is run by the school district. Here is why we are leaving, despite the fact that my son has now friends here and I would prefer not to make the switch until next year when he goes in Kindergarten:- Little Eagles teaches the exact same curriculum as Primrose but they align their learning objectives to fit the requirements of the EP school district and make sure that the kids are kindergarten-ready;- they have 3 adults in a room - not just 1 as you will experience at Primrose, despite whatever they tell you in their advertisement;- they have a large outdoor area (a real playground, fir for preschoolers) AND an indoor area for playtime in winter (at Primrose, in winter, kids can stay in their room for days on end, depending on the weather) ;- Little Eagles has a cafeteria, so kids doesn't eat in the same room where they spend the whole day;- Little Eagles is $260/week whereas Primrose is $330/week (their prices just went up and they keep changing). Even if you add the $15/week for lunch, there is still a $220/month difference. - Little Eagles doesn't require a uniform (Primrose does and their franchise uses Dennis Uniforms - you will pay a good $250 for the needs of one school year) ;- Little Eagles doesn't charge a registration fee, not do they charge a yearly $150 for curriculum fee. One of their administrators told me that this fee is for materials, the owner told us that it's for their licencing fees... you will feel ripped off, just like I did, because all feeds should be included in the tuition. - At Primrose, they bring a dance teacher - that, too comes for a fee. I cannot stres enough how unimpressed we have been with Primrose. What upset us more than their interminable fees was the turnover. In my son's 18 months at Primrose he had so many teachers that they stopped announcing the new ones at some point. The teachers are really doing best but they are paid incredibly low wages - thus the turnover.- One last thing - here is how far the owner's greediness will go: we let them know on Aug. 30 that my sons last day would be in two weeks however, even though we won't here for the year, they are still charging us $75 (half of the curriculum fee for the year).- If you want to have your child in a Primrose, beware of the franchises of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen (the owners are the same). Despite the very good salesmanship of the owner (his tour of the daycare will convince you that they are the best of the best), our 18-month experience there left us with bitter taste.

Due to the unprofessional and dishonest actions from the owner, Benjamin Adams, I do not recommend doing business with the Primrose School of Eden Prairie. After years of providing services to this school, our company still has not been paid for services rendered and the owner refuses to return our calls or emails. Background: Our company provided cleaning services to the Primrose School of Eden Prairie for approximately 3 years. In the Spring of 2022, we decided to end our agreement due to consistently late payments and the client's unwillingness to accept a modest increase in their monthly rate.During our time servicing the school, our team showed up every night to clean, without missing a single day. We extended over $12lk in credit to the schools during COVID, to ensure that the teachers and students arrived to a clean and sanitary facility every morning. Invoices were consistently paid 60+ days late, yet we never charged a late fee or suspended our services.Despite our consistent performance, and impeccable attendance record, we are still chasing the owner, Benjamin Adams, for payment 5 months after the last invoice was issued.I strongly advise against doing business with a person, and organization, that mistreats their vendors and does not fulfill their contractual obligations. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior that prospective vendors and clients should be aware of before doing business with Benjamin Adams and Primrose School of Eden Prairie

I highly recommend sending your child to Primrose! I love it and so do my children. It's so wonderful seeing my children get so excited about going to preschool every day. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset who also talk about how much they love Primrose as well, so I know it's a fabulous place! I have had the same teacher for all of my children which really helps build that partnership that I was looking for. I couldn't ask for a better preschool with such a dedicated staff!
