Pour Cocktail Bar & Bites

We tried this local spot to celebrate a birthday. This was the perfect spot for a couple of drinks and apps with good conversation. You wouldn't believe this cozy lounge was nestled in this strip mall in Otsego. We chose a few different drinks - a few signature cocktails, a flight from the specials menu, and a glass of Prosecco. The names were clever, the drinks were unique, and the staff was knowledgeable.The Parmesan Truffle Fries were crispy, meaty, and the jalapeño sauce gave them a nice kick. The Cowboy Corn Poppers (not pictured) were crunchy on the outside while creamy and flavorful on the inside.This was the perfect way to end the night with friends. We will definitely be coming back.

What a cuuuuuutttttteeee place! Chandeliers, dark teal w/glitter walls, and high ceiling's.One of the best things on the menu... a ROTATING FLIGHT! Different alcohol featured monthly Drinks are damn good.

I've always enjoyed Pour Wine Bar & Bistro. For a wine bar, I was always impressed by their cocktail menu. So, when I found out Pour opened up a cocktail bar, you better believe I was excited. We went to Pour Cocktail Bar and Bites about 3 weeks after their opening. Walking in, I was already pleased with the ambience. Dim lighting, tasteful decor, modern and cozy, but at the same time there's a bit of a high-end vibe. The seating is intimate and cozy - think loveseats and armchairs. There are definite nods to Pour's decor and atmosphere, with the barrel tables and bottles used as decoration. The bar area is absolutely gorgeous! Now for the main event. I love my cocktails. I usually have my flavor preferences, which makes it easy to pick out what I want to try off the menu. The problem (but not really a problem) is that I could see myself enjoying every single cocktail on this menu! Between my boyfriend and I, we had 3 each so we got off to a good start. And were they ever amazing! There is a mix of classic and unique so there's going to be something there for everyone. I love that they do a seasonal selection - to me, a good cocktail menu has a nice mix of staples and rotating options. I would highly recommend the Comin' in Hot - it's a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, which is a flavor profile I love. For the seasonal option, I really enjoyed the All I Want For Christmas is Booze. Yes, it's boozy, but it's not slap-you-in-the-face strong. It's actually quite pleasant and has good holiday flavors. In terms of food, Pour Cocktail Bar offers small plates. These are more suited for one person, maybe two if you're getting more than one food item. So, don't expect a large appetizer meant for many people. We had four items off the small plates menu: Rosemary garlic fries, poppin' wontons, artichoke dip, and Asiago cheese bread. All of the dishes were great and I would order each one again! I would definitely plan on ordering a few things if you're coming with 2 or more people. My overall impression is highly positive. I really enjoyed the experience. Staff is nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everything we had was good, and I'm already planning on going back next weekend to try some more cocktails and plates off the menu. Well done, Pour!

This is one of my FAVORITE places ever. Love the vibe. The drinks are great (especially Strawberry Fields) and the small bites are sooo yummy. Go with a friend or on a date. Love it.

Wonderful atmosphere, food, cocktails and most of all service and entertainment. This is our regular spot for date nights.

Great service, cocktails,and appetizers. The bar and bites is set up for total comfort and privacy! Love it!

What a great place! We stopped in and there was music on a Thursday evening. The keyboard player was really good. Many small plates and the service was wonderful.
