Pitchfork Brewing

This is solid choice for a brewery visit in the beautiful Hudson WI area. Sitting outside on the patio included great throwback music (think Abba) and the ability to chat with my dining partners. Unfortunately, the end of April can still be really cold in the upper Midwest- so once a table inside became available we moved inside. The bummer inside is it was crowded and loud. The beer is quite good. The French Toast Ale was yummy- amped by the cinnamon and sugar rim. Milk Stout and Dopplebock were well liked. Loon Juice Cider was also tasty. The food is a bit mixed. The huge pretzel was soft and delicious. It comes with 3 dips- the nacho cheese sauce was my favorite, but the ale mustard and pub cheese were also good. The night's pizza special was taco- and the thin crust was ok but it was a bit like a sausage pizza with lettuce and ranch on it. If you've had good taco pizza this would probably disappoint. If you are in Hudson in a brewery mood- I would recommend Pitchfork.

This casual, friendly brew pub is delightful. The bartender takes your pizza order. He will cater to your beer palate, the recommendations are spot on. The specialty pizza feature is creative such as Caprese Salami or you can order a melt. Sit inside or outside. Acoustic guitar musicians will complete the experience.

Live music on the outdoor patio on Tuesday evenings! Family friendly, dog friendly (on the outside patio) with free live music! Awesome pizzas & sandwiches-be sure to check out their unusual offerings: try the DILL pizza-you will be amazed! Excellent service! Excellent brews & cocktails!

Our last stop in Hudson, Wisconsin before going back to Minnesota we stopped here. Parking lot was slam full not long after being opened. The brewery was nice and cool a nice break from the summers heat. The beers were refreshing nice and clean flavors. The owner personally gave us as many samples of their beers as we wanted that visit. If given the time I could see myself talking with the staff about beer whilst consuming it.

Nice selection of craft beers and tasty gourmet pizza. Since moving to their new location they have more seating capacity and more drink and food options. The owners/ staff are friendly and helpful to suggest beers that fit your preferences.

Great location just off the highway. They have a wide variety of beers on tap and offer free samples so your going to get what you love. They have a good food menu and grab and go cans of beer and lemonade. Highly recommend

Tried this place based on the reviews, and boy, you guys are right! The Smoked Meat Pizza, loaded with all 3 meats, has literally gotta be the best pizza I've ever had!! Crust was perfect, balance of Smoked/BBQ flavors was excellent!Then there's the beers!! I sampled 4, and as strange as it sounds, the French Toast Beer was, surprisingly, awesome!! (whaaattt???)Yup, they even dip the glass in maple syrup, then cinnamon sugar to coat the rim! No, really, it's GOOD!! Give it a try!!

Great brewery, relaxed atmosphere, tasty brews. One of the best giant pretzels ever, and we like the Pitchfork pizza. We were a bit disappointed today though. We got the Haystack with chicken and there was barely any meat on it. It looked like a good sized sandwich because it was all bread:/

I worked at the blood drive this week at the brewery. I was VERY impressed at the cleanliness and the whole vibe at this brewery. The food was fantastic, the root beer and cream soda was absolutely amazing! ( We were working so no alcohol for us!) The owner and the staff are so incredibly kind, welcoming and inviting. I can't wait to go back with my husband. It was a fantastic experience being a part of their blood drive! Thank you for having us!!
