Pioneer SecureShred

Super happy to have found this place. I had numerous boxes full of documents that needed shredding and found Pioneer SecureShred in a Goggle search. The team made the experience outstanding... I didn't even have to get out of my car. The person who greeted me was so joyful and made the process of getting rid of paperwork pleasant and fun! The guys emptied the boxes and returned them to my car. In less than five minutes I had the documents removed, service paid for and I was back on the road. If you have any paper shredding needs, look no further... this is THE BEST you will find.

In preparation for the big move we wound up with tons of stuff that needed to be shredded and I searched on Yelp for places that shred paper and up popped Chen's review.What a phenomenal service Pioneer provides. The first Friday of the month from 9.30 to 11.30 you drive up, they provide you with a trash container on wheels and you dump your boxes of shreddable material. The dumpster gets rolled to a large shredding machine and you are done - NO CHARGE up to 25 boxes.Did I mention NO CHARGE?????It would take about a month with a typical home shredder to go through that much stuff and in less than 10 minutes Pioneer provides the service for FREE.The place is near the Bryn Mawr neighborhood - but don't trust google maps as they send you a block away. Pioneer is really on Irving. They put out signs on the morning of the FREE shredding to direct you to the area where it takes place.

Okay, I get that paper shredding is probably an odd thing to review here on Yelp, but I am so freaking happy to have found a place that offers free shredding that I had to Yelp about it! I've had one of those little home shredders but they're such a pain to use if you have more than a few sheets of paper, and yet it seems silly to pay for shredding. I Googled around and found this place that offers free shredding to the public. I've been there once and it was a breeze. It's in Northeast Minneapolis in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood (did I spell that wrong?) maybe a mile off 394, so super convenient for those of us on the west side.They used to do it every Friday morning but I just checked their website and now it looks like it's only the first Friday of each month. But it's still an awesome 5-star service that I really, really appreciate. If I ever need a lot of shredding done these are the guys I'll use, but in the meantime this review is my Thank You!

Excellent, friendly and responsive service. They came to my home and shredded all necessary documents with alacrity. Very satisfied with the service. Haven't gotten a bill yet but charges appeared reasonable.

I went to drop off some papers to shred here today, and could not have had a more pleasant experience than the one I received. After Jaden, one of the employees, informed me of the free shredding service, I told my colleagues and they agreed that it sounded like a good deal. Jaden was extremely helpful and had a wonderful attitude when I met her. The workers who helped unload the paper from my car were pleasant and conversational, and I left in a rather cheery mood due to the great people that I met there.
