First time here tonight on the recommendation of our grown children. Excellent service, excellent food and a lovely ambience.Hubby and I sat at the bar and had a cocktail before dinner. The house Sauvignon was delightful and the old fashions were great. The bartender was friendly, efficient and delightful.For dinner, we shared the bacon onion dip with crostini. Very good. I had the fillet with a peppercorn sauce which was 10 out of 10. Hubby had the gnocchi special with lobster and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The mushroom risotto was on point and something I would order again. Our server, Jared, couldn't have been more helpful and efficient.Highly recommend!

YUM YUM YUM. Lovely little restaurant in PL for a relaxed, intimate meal. They take reservations but be mindful of the 90 minute time limit.The steak tip pasta and chicken and mushrooms were excellent. Service was perfect. Can't wait to go back and try a steak or another pasta.

Service outstanding. Atmosphere buzzing ,food good . The duck ordered was good but on the dry side . seafood risotto was cooked a little too long but the seafood a plenty. The blueberry pudding and the crème brûlée with fresh berries was OH SO YUMMY !!I really wanted the gnocchi but they RAN OUT EARLY!! Ugh how is that possible in an Italian restaurant ??4:30p is early to start dinner but chances are good you'll get to try their specials for the night if you do come early. Maybe it was just THAT night we decided to experience this restaurant.We had dinner at 7:00pm and all the specials were gone already .Disappointing.Never rushed, enjoyed our evening, we all had a wonderful experience . The bartender SHE started us off with a pleasant welcome and we felt welcomed. Our waitress was spot on it's more for them I'm giving 4 stars. If it were just on food I'd make it a 3 star. Sorry but I gotta be honest here.We will be back for an earlier meal .Bartender lady 9.7.24 was brilliant. She made my perfect Manhattan absolutely perfect and my husband's old fashioned was a hit as well.NOTE: you absolutely DO need reservations. Quite a few folks were turned away as 1- the bar area too small to have folks standing around for a cocktail and appetizer. And 2- the restaurant is packed from the time it opens until it closes which is 9:00pm I believe

Best meal in MN so far! We just moved here from a foodie city and haven't been impressed with the food around here as of yet. Perron's changed that! The food was delicious and flavorful. My husband had the filet tip fettuccine and I had the seafood risotto. The martinis were also too notch. We'll be back!

We went there with friends to celebrate a birthday in our group. The waitress was friendly and answered our questions about the menu. She stayed on top of drink refills throughout the meal as well. I had one of the specials and it was delicious. In fact, everyone said their food was outstanding. I would recommend this place to go to for a date night.

We had never been here before, and we had a great experience. The ambiance is lovely, with dim lighting and a classic old school feel. The food is great. We both had pasta dishes. Mine had an ample amount of sweet sausage and a delicious cream sauce with truffle oil. My girlfriend got a fettuccine dish with cream sauce and sirloin tips and mushrooms. We shared a massive garlic bread appetizer that had delicious cheese and marinara sauce. Prices were moderate, the food is great. And it is right down the street from boathouse brothers, a great brewery.

We had a lovely visit on the outside patio. FRENCH PEAR MARTINI - normally excellent but not as good on this visitBAKED GOAT CHEESE AND APPLE (baked goat cheese, apples, walnuts, and a vanilla bean vinaigrette) - it was good Pasta special with scallops - the specials here are always excellent and this was no exception.
