I highly recommend this restaurant they have amazing service and the food comes out fast and hot and delicious everyone has an amazing attitude witch made the experience even more enjoyable and the great deals that they have on the menu and for the bakery items as well 5/5 would recommend for anyone who hasn't been here before

I don't normally go to chains but tried this Perkins for a late breakfast. I ordered the "Big" country skillet. What a joke the skillet was literally half empty. Ordered sour dough bread with it and it never came out. Kids had the prickly pear pancakes. They were large and yummy. They cleared their plates. Wife ordered the everything omelette. That was prepared well and a decent portion. Restaurant was clean. All the staff friendly.

Thought I'd try them since I hadn't been here in years. Pretty much nothings changed, took a long time to get served. My pancakes were cold but edible. They do have good bacon though. My eggs were ok but I don't think you can screw up scrambled eggs.

Visited this Perkins today. I've lived in Rochester for 8 years. Today's visit to this Perkins was probably the worst restaurant experience in those 8 years. The service was very slow. The waitress visited us once. When we ordered. I ordered the fish and chips. 1 piece of the e pieces was not edible. Totally burned. Another piece was half edible and the third piece was fine. The person I was with had the biscuits and gravy with eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. The biscuits on the bottom were burned. Not edible. Hardly any gravy on the biscuits. I never received the bill. I had to go to the register and ask for the check. Overall a very disappointing visit.

This is a fabulous place to get the most delicious Wild Berry Sugar Free Pie you have ever eaten! It is indescribably delicious! And, the server, Chloe, is the loveliest person to get it for you. She is extremely kind and upbeat! All of the wait staff at this Perkins are extremely helpful and they go the extra mile to make you glad you chose Perkins! I moved to a state where there are no franchises and I am very sorry about that! The waffles and scrambled eggs are cooked just right! The bakery is unbeatable! Don't miss an opportunity to have the best at the best price!

Slow service in the AM. Food was good but 35-40 min wait for breakfast. Ate in the evening and the service and food were very good. Evening manager was very friendly as well.

server was great really nice. my whole problem is that the food was under cooked or tasted funny. had hash browns that were still cold and raw. the French toast had like a onion taste to it. i dont complain like this because I have been a sever and worked in a restaurant. but this was just bad.

I used to love eating at Perkins. Things have gone drastically downhill the last 2 times we had breakfast at the Rochester Perkins on Broadway. I used to love their potato pancakes. Last time I ordered those, they were definitely NOT potato pancakes! Potato pancakes were always pretty close to cakes of hash browns. But now, Perkins cuts costs by putting a little bit of grated potato in the regular flour-based pancake batter. This is disgusting. It is definitely cheating to call those things potato pancakes, but, hey! flour is less expensive than potatoes! After this episode, we had breakfast last Sunday at Perkins. I ordered sausage patties and hash browns. The sausage was delicious - it tasted like the "Old Folks" brand sausage, which I have bought at the grocery store, and I love it! The patties were thin and about 2.5 inches in diameter.The hash browns were in a square about 3"x 4". The meal cost $11.99, I think, with another $3.89 added for the coffee. This is very poor value for the money, given the portion size. The plate sure did look empty! I remember when Perkins had giant portions all the time. People notice the decline in quanity and quality of the food. People notice.The servers have always been excellent at Perkins, including during our recent visits. But over the last year, servers have come and gone regularly.

we had an average dinner at Perkins, the food was warm, mediocre flavor and the service was about average. We like to repeat our visits to see if there is any improvement, however with the last visit, it was business as usual. Lack luster friendliness of the staff, so will probably prolong any future visit for awhile.
