Love, love, love this spot.On a recent trip to the area, we stopped by here for dinner one evening. I think it was our favorite dinner of the trip. Patsy's serves up some delicious eats and their patio? All blooming, shaded loveliness. The first thing to note is that if you're dining on the patio, you'll want to run inside and grab some menus. You'll order at the bar. For my dinner I ordered their patty melt served on marbled rye, which was everything a patty melt ought to be (so good!). For my side, I opted for the onion rings which were battered (I prefer this over breaded) and perfectly crispy. Zero complaints on the pub grubtastic food. I also ordered an whiskey old fashioned, which was prepared in the Wisconsin style and was great.The service was also lovely. When I was ordering, the gentleman in front of me explained that he had been coming here for 30 years and it's the same guy behind the bar--amazing. Also, I totally accidentally left my purse on the patio (I only had one drink--just a complete oopsie moment). I didn't realize until the next morning. When I called, they had it stashed behind the bar for me and I was even able to pick it up prior to their opening. Really, above-and-beyond lovely folks working here.Get to it!

The service was great, food came out quick, and it was delicious. I liked the ability to sub fries out for cheese curds or tots. The location has a nice outside seating area. The inside area is a little plain, but there is a cool woodworking shop next door.

Mom & Pop shop. Had the Sat night special which was Prime rib. Excellent! Great side salad with it along with American spuds. The owners wife waited on us , was really friendly and we got excellent service! Friend had Prime rib and really enjoyed it. His son had a burger, and devoured it which was perfectly done. Place is in the main drag, Entrance is on the side, which is accessed from the parking lot. Place small and narrow, and gets busy. We were lucky and got in at the end of the rush and didn't really wait long for food. Kind of rustic looking inside, sports bar feel, has several TV's. They have some local microbrews ( I had Southshore brewing, which is in town and puts out good brews. Great place! Do stop here!

Only giving this 2 stars because of the lovely outdoor patio with fire pits.However, our experience was less than desirable. We went on a Friday night to try their famous fish fry dinner at about 7 pm. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to even look in our direction to order, we were told they were out of fish. Huge disappointment. Once we decided on what else to order, we had to wait another 20-30 mins for someone to take our order. We tried waving someone down and the female blonde bartender rudely told us to wait while she helped everyone else get drinks. Another bartender ended up stepping in and apologized, but we were already upset and fed up by their poor level of service plus not having the food we wanted. The food was not worth the prices we paid; there were only three of us there and it cost $80 for three entrees of mediocre bar food, three Coors beers, and two seltzers. I have no interest in repeating this experience so we will not be back.

Food was really good once you got it. We got the Northwoods burger and prime rib Philly cheesesteak. Busy place with a small kitchen so food took a bit.The atmosphere and staff were great. Everyone was so friendly. Will stop again.

Traveled from the west coast to see friends and this place was a highlight of our trip. The burgers were excellent and the service as exactly what you'd want: friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone, even families with little kids.

Had dinner here Sunday night after finding no place to eat in Bayfield, where we were staying. Eating here was not our intention, but Patsy's was about the only place open and serving food at 7:30 p.m. So we went in. We were not disappointed. Really good burgers. Strong selection of draft beer. Good people. Attentive service. There was nothing not to like. Eating here Sunday was not our intention, but a happy (and delicious) accident. We'd happily return. Our first Wisconsin Friday fish fry. Wow these folks did not disappoint. Good selection of fun beer. Great patio to sit out on with our dog. Super nice staff. Very fast service. Fish, tots and slaw were great. Thank you guys for a great experience

The food is good. I had the Barb Chicken Sandwich and Fries. The wait staff was on top of things, always making sure drinks were full and getting food out as soon as it was ready. There were tvs with plenty of options to choose from depending on what sports you want watch. The food came out fast and. It seemed busy from the time I showed up until I left.

Great burgers, loved the outdoor seating. Great margarita and fantastic nut brown ale from Ashland Brewery. Would definitely return if in the area.
