Parlour Food Truck

Yes, indeed. I crossed paths with the Parlour food truck in front of Bald Man Brewing in Eagan. Not ready for a complete meal, I just got the fries. And wow, delicious. Served hot with light salt, they were crispy and fluffy and absolutely yummy. I love the Parlour bar in north loop, but as others have mentioned here, I felt the burger wasn't up to the standards as the parlour bar, and I was dismayed to find out that I had tipped 18% on top of another 18% mandatory gratuity that was not advertised clearly ahead of time. I ended up paying $35 for a burger and fries.

We love the Burgers! They have the smash burger thing down. Simple menu, decent portions. Prices..... A bit steep! Combined with a brewery that they're parked at and you'll hit $100 bucks in no time.

Way too salty. Did not notice or call out the 18% service charge, accidentally tipped another 15%. Robbery. When you add 18% don't have another tip line... come on. And did I already say way over salted.

Huge fan of the Parlour burger for their St. Paul or Minneapolis locations. Was excited to try their burger when we saw their food truck at Utepils. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. First off their buzzers never worked- so we ended up with a not so warm burger. We had to go ask if it was ready after 20 min. Secondly, the meat patties- normally, at the restaurants basically melt in your mouth. At the truck though they are very gritty and chewy. The cheese is barely noticable. And the bun is just bland. The price.... It's $16.99 plus a 18% surcharge on top. So it's a $20 burger without tip. So $24 for a completely lackluster, poor quality burger. Honestly absolutely not worth it at all!! It's a disappointment to have those burgers attached to the name of a "Parlour Burger" because the ones from the restaurants are phenomenal.Don't waste your time, calories or money at the food truck and go directly to the restaurant!!

I was skeptical about a $16 burger from a food truck. Not anymore! This burger is amazingly tasty. I'm not sure what blend of meat they use but it really doesn't need any condiments. It comes with cheese and that's all it needs. Their fries are top notch too.

Best.burger.ever!!! My husband and I were at Bald Man Brewery while Parlour Truck was there (we specifically went because they were going to be there) and I've been meaning to try this burger I've heard so much about -- they did not disappoint!

Parlour bar food truck at Utepils in Minneapolis, MN. No prices listed, so you order and then are shocked at the prices when you pay. They were out of fries so we ordered 2 double patty burgers. $52+ when clicking the minimum tip option.No onions, no pickles. Served in a paper wrapper in a bag. Only had catsup in packets. What a joke!

Went to Parlour Bar food truck at a Surly concert. They get one star for a delicious burger, but 0 stars for their prices. $28 for a burger and fries. Other trucks there were charging $13-15 for the same. Greedy!

Surprised there's no picture of the cheese curds on here. Best cheese curds I may have ever had, and I'm a big cheese curds snob. Perfectly crispy taste. 100/10. Not pictured here but amazing fries as well. I never post reviews much but made a point to post after this. Highly recommend
