Came here on a recommendation from a neighbor. We went mainly for the pizza on a nice summer night with the ability to eat outside under a tent in case it rained. I think they only serve pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights until the end of October. Check first! Overall, it didn't disappoint. The location is down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, about 10 minutes from Cambridge. Use your GPS to find it! Park on the grass right next to the grapes that will be making next year's wine. The menu is simple with about 6 or 7 different kinds of pizza and as many appetizers. Ordering process is at the bar and SLOW. We were grateful to have ordered before a large group arrived. Take your drinks with you and they'll bring out the food. Ordered the prosciutto/onion and the basil/pesto pizzas with a Mediterranean plate as an appetizer. Then, went outside and picked a table. The pizzas were excellent with a nice texture to the crust and fresh toppings. It looks like the cook them in an outdoor oven behind the main building. Had a flight of 4 wines for $9. Not as good a deal as was noted in the older reviews, but not bad. Wine was OK, but nothing to write home about. Favorite was the Stark Red.The only complaint was the appetizer. It didn't come out to our table until after we were done with pizzas and certainly not worth the $9. The plate consisted of a few very small pita slices, about a tablespoon of hummus direct from a grocery store plastic container, a half dozen pitted black olives and a few small slices of yellow peppers served on a wooden platter.Skip the apps and enjoy the pizza and wine! And, a word of caution - this is a pet friendly spot, but not all the pet owners are conscientious. Lots of dog poop on the grounds near the picnic tables!

This place is super cute and cozy! When we went, they had live music under the tent outside, plenty of space to sit at tables or on a blanket in the grass. They had a couple sets of bag games and allowed dogs outside. Service was super nice and welcoming. They offered wood fire pizza, local beer and plenty of wine options. We bought a bottle of one of their dry reds and sat outside to listen to the live music. The only thing was that their wine was decent and not my favorite. Would still recommend and will definitely be back!

Went to this location on the way to Taylor Falls and was a perfect little relaxing spot. They primarily carry fruit wine so if that is your jam this is your type of location . Can't go wrong with 5 tastings for $5! They do have options for cheese plates and they do have a wood fire pizza as well but was unaware prior so did not have room for this today. Location was on a gravel road FYI but not that far in. Employees were helpful when asking questions about the wine. Plenty of seating for a relaxing day indoor and out. I usually prefer a Marquette but did find a few oak flavored wines here. Perfect stop from the Twin Cities to Taylor Falls to take in the beautiful outdoors.

Went Friday before July 4th with some friends...we tried the Crescent (nice afternoon sipping wine, a little sweet) and the Frontenac Blanc (crisp, light). We had the hummus platter (about 6 olives and 2T of hummus) and then shared 2 meat lovers pizzas (nice slice and saltiness). Overall, it was a nice experience and I would totally go back.

I was in Cambridge visiting friends today and we stopped at North Folk Winery on a whim. It's rustic and charming with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There was a band playing and the place was packed and getting more packed by the minute. It's a family owned winery and the whole family (including lots of grandkids) were there helping out. This is definitely a kid friendly zone which I think is unique for a winery. I was a little skeptical of the wine at first because I don't prefer sweet, fruity wines but could not resist trying seven different wines for $5! Seriously, what a deal. They were no small pours either. While some of the selection was definitely too sweet for my taste, there were some solid wines. The new Frontenac was hands down my favorite. The owner was telling me about all the ongoing and upcoming events including winery tours and brick oven pizza nights. North Folk was definitely an unexpected, pleasant surprise. It is for sure worth a visit.

Made reservations for a bachelorette party. Walked up and got ignored for over 10 mins. They continued to accept other guests and pass us up. Employees were rude and did not acknowledge our existence.
