Norseman Distillery

I finally made it in to check off another distillery and I was not disappointed. This is in a more industrial neighborhood but there is a parking lot, just know on a weekend it fills up fast and you may have to street park. Aside from that, you walk in and are greeted quickly, the facility is larger than I expected and ample seating. They have a good selection of different beverages and snacks. We decided to order a flatbread and it was delicious! We did the nordeast special and the spice and flavor was perfect. They have bartender specials and the servers seemed knowledgeable on the menu. It's a must go again for me.

I checked out Norseman for their Tuesday bungo and got to win some thc beverages. Our whole table was quite on a winning streak. Definitely a fun place to check out on Tuesday, Connor is a great lively host. As for drinks we shared this delicious bubbly drink and had their breakfast pizza that was literally the best I've ever had. They drizzle maple syrup on top and that brings all the flavors together.

I've been a frequent of the Norseman for many years and it saddens me that so much about this lovely establishment has changed. I made reservations for their Halloween week and was really looking forward to a cozy time. We arrived promptly at 6pm and waited a few minutes to be greeted. Once we were checked in, the hostess got us seated and said they would be back with waters shortly. It wasn't too busy, but the service was EXTREMELY slow. After waiting 23 minutes, we finally asked a table next to us how long they had been waiting and they were also waiting over 30 minutes and no one had come to take their order or bring waters. We were then told by a couple at a different table we would need to order from the bar, which was slightly confusing since the server said they would be back with waters and to take the order. The line at the bar was pretty backed up and we decided to leave. I'm not sure if it was an off night or if this is typically, but I feel very sad about my experience. I've always loved the Norseman and enjoyed my experience, but don't think I'll go back.

I've been here to grab items from their to go section before and always love it. Last night was my first time getting to be there for an event and it was a blast. Every Tuesday they hold bungo and give away Great prizes from the distillery and local businesses. I got the gin and tonica and it was by far one of the most delicious drinks I've had in a while. Beautifully presented and well balanced complex flavor. I took them down a star because the website had some boards of food available on Tuesday we were looking forward to getting but upon ordering we were informed they aren't offered on Tuesdays. Otherwise a great experience and I look forward to heading back to the cozy, beautifully lit space!

We went for a couple drinks before a show at the US Bank Stadium. Server was well educated to provide suggestions. We enjoyed the bartenders choice - it was fun as it was a drink crafted for the concert we saw! We ordered the fries. They were ok. Nothing spectacular just fine. We got more than half way through and found a small black curly hair tangled in a fry. Brought it up to the server and was given the opportunity for a new set or half off. The patio was a cute ambiance. Could have sat out there for a while if we hadn't been in a rush to get moving.

Great spot ! Came here for a birthday celebration. The staff were very gracious in hosting 20 of us.Cocktails were fantastic but the star of the show is a liquor flights. For the price, it's really worth it. Their Rye Whiskey is my favorite thing on the menu. Also got the old fashioned and the whiskey sour. Both fantastic . I

A friend and I went today. Despite being warm and humid we had a really nice time. The gentleman who waited on us was attentive to our needs and many questions. The drinks and food were good. We split a Caesar salad and we each got pizza , margarita and pickle. The strawberry rhubarb gin was my favorite. Definitely be back when it's cooler. But I totally dug the wallpaper in the bathroom. Fun cocktails with lots of rum, whiskey and gin options and a few vodka ones. You order via the barcode at your table and then the servers bring the drinks to your table. We went on a Tuesday night and service was a little slow since they appeared to be a bit understaffed (about 30 min for each round of drinks to come out). There are also non alcoholic options, but you could only do "bartenders choice" via the app for the NA drinks. Not sure if they have a way for you to request a specific NA drink.The venue itself is pretty cozy and you can reserve tables for groups up to 10. They also have a foodtruck outside serving Mexican food, but the night we went, they were out of a lot of ingredients. However, you can't beat a burrito with your drinks.The drinks themselves were more on the sweeter side, which I really liked. They also had a big fishbowl that came with a rubber duck and dry ice, which was pretty fun.

I've definitely been sleeping on this place! Went for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it. I don't remember what I got but it was something with gin and berry and it was perfectly refreshing and cozy at the same time. Patio is huge and beautiful, they have a fire going sometimes, and the inside is super cute. Will be back!

Stopped here while in town for a quick weekend. Food and drinks were fantastic. Took a couple bottles home with us and if I get back to Minneapolis I will visit again.
