Mr Taco

Mr Taco has a small restaurant now in Spring lake park. I have always loved their food every time I have had it. I tried their Tacos de cabeza (beef cheek) today and decided it's time to leave another review. They were the most delicious tacos I have ever had. The beef cheek was so tender and just melts in your mouth. The two tacos I ordered were devoured in no time. I have found my new go to.

Great food - 4 stars!This truck is always parked in the parking lot by Doc's Cues , on the east side of Central near the 85th intersection.I ordered a steak burrito with a mango Jurritos to wash it down. The burrito was HUGE, almost as big as the large foam to-go container. The burrito was excellent! I really enjoyed the sides too - hot sauce, lime, and onion pieces.Thumbs up!-Daddy Maxx Retro

Wow!! I've only had this food truck once so can only speak to the al Pastor (which I had in a bowl). First it was huge, I'm a fat ass foodie and it filed me up, so that's a plus!More importantly, it was excellent!! The meat was great and the grilled pineapple chunks were plentiful, and needed as I dumped 2 of the homemade hot sauce on top of it all. The sauce was great and had a good heat level.Edit: went back a second day in a row, got my SMOKING hot wife the al pastor bowl (she LOVED IT)Got myself the carne asada bowl, wonderful!!!The owner is a very nice dude!! Waited Mabe 15 minutes as he was busy with on line (door dash orders), well worth the wait!! Check this truck out

The burritos here are top notch. One of the best food trucks around. I can't stop eating the carne asada burrito!

Cabeza taco; delicious, beefy, rich, lip sticking fattiness. Use that fresh lime juice to balance it out.Lengua taco; it's like the best beef pot roast you've had.I went with the hottest hot sauce, it's for real hot!

So far this is the best tacos I had in Minnesota. The steak bowl is also very delicious, way better than chipotle steak bowl. The flavor of food is on point and the sauces too. Mexican foods around my area but I'm willing to travel farther to this spot

The chicken tacos are amazing! Their mild and hot sauces are the perfect mixture of flavor and spice. I tell all my friends about this place. The taco truck is so convenient to grab a quick lunch.

This is the best food I've ever eaten in my life. The meat is marinated and has the best flavor. The red hot sauce is amazing. The staff is very personable and is very nice every time. The Burritos are perfect for the winter but tacos in the summer is the go to vibe. If I could eat this everyday of my life, I would. Everyone should try this place, you will not regret it.

They are really good but my order was 100% messed up. Think I'll just stick to driving to the truck myself.
