If you like brisket, fries, beans and some sass with your drink -- while eating at the bar, this place is 5 stars. The food is really good. The bar service is great and the sass - well, that's either great...or awkward...depending on your mood. The ambience isn't anything special and it feels more like a Wisconsion banquet hall than a restaurant, but you probably won't need to wait for seating and the food is really good. I've been there a couple times and left satisfied each time.

I just have to compliment Mr. Pig Stuff and the staff. We had an absolutely fabulous meal. Very great portions and prices. Our server actually memorized our entire order (party of 4)! Best service I've had all year. We will definitely be back!

About as good as you're going to get in Shakopee. I ordered a plated dinner, which included the following:Two meat choices, two side dishes, and a corn muffin.I selected the brisket and pulled pork for my meats and hand-cut fries and coleslaw for my side dishes. They also have a large variety of BBQ sauces from across the country for your meat--a taste for everyone. The hand-cut fries were absolutely delicious. Perfect balance of texture and seasoning. The coleslaw comes in long shreds. Taste was decent, but I'm partial to KFC-style slaw. You are served a very generous portion of both. The brisket was fork tender and paired well with the spicy BBQ sauce. The sauce left a nice burn. Great amount of smoke taste. The pulled pork had some larger chunks left over. This paired well with the Carolina style sauce.My server was great and checked in regularly; he also made sure I had enough iced tea to get me through my meal. They also serve you a large bottle of water. I love when places do that.Two minor suggestions for improvement: Have all the sauces available at the table and whip the honey butter. It is served rather cold and therefore hard to spread.

Stopped in after running some errands with my dad. I'm a KCBS certified BBQ judge, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to smoked meats. IT was the middle of the afternoon so we were the only ones there. WE ordered some tea and a sampler platter. First, our server was so nice. Super well informed about the menu, gave us a sampling of all the sauces, checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything. Then there was the meats. Every single one of them was good. Smoked wings, brisket (not too fatty) pulled pork (not too mushy). Everything had great texture and smoke flavor. Felt 100% safe with social distancing, sanitizing, etc. Really recommend this place, whether its eat in or take out.

I got married on June 19th, 2021, at The Capitol Room in St.Peter, Minnesota. I cant even type out how amazing our experience was with Mr. Pig Stuff. Kip and his team were SO AMAZING amazing, professional, and helpful. They made our wedding day SO SO SO perfect. Plus can we talk about how yummy the food was? We STILL get compliments on how good the food was and how it was not your average wedding food.From the open house we went to with them there, our food tasting (seriously so yummy and it was SO fun), to the day of our wedding... I couldn't imagine our day without Mr.Pig Stuff and their team. It was hands down one of our TOP vendors we had at our wedding and could not recommend them enough. On top of all of it compared to other vendors they are SO much more affordable. I have been to other weddings they have catered and its always my fave wedding food. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again for everything.

Picked up a few orders of appetizers and ribs. Good BBQ joint. Order ahead and pickup at the bar works pretty well. Nice folks!

Mr Pig Stuff catered our wedding and they were amazing! Kip was the best host and the food and service was second to none!! Hats off to them!!!!

The food is so good. They never disappoints me. I just left but I cant wait to go back again. Definitely worth every cent I paid.
