Mmm mmm mmm!! The veggie momo are incredible flavorful but the best part of this place is dipping sauce served with the momo. They give you a red tomato-based sauce and a green cilantro-y mint one. Both are incredible but the orange one is my jam!

This restaurant is located at Malcolm yards food hall. We went there on a snowy way and my daughter wanted to try their momo. We ordered half chicken and pork. It comes with 2 dipping sauce. The red sauce tomato chutney, I couldn't figure out the ingredient but it tastes familiar. The green sauce is cilantro mint chutney was pretty good. I like spicy and would have added peppers. The momo were good, had a little soup in them so once you bite into them start sucking the juices. We also ordered the samosa to try and the mango Lassi.

This is one of the counters in the Market at Malcom Yards. I'd never tried Momo before, and this was a good introduction. The service was very good--the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable (and apologetic that they didn't have one of the items that I wanted).I ordered the veggie momos, which I enjoyed overall. The steamed dumpling, which was a lovely emerald green (thanks to spinach, I think), was filled with cabbage, onion, carrot, ginger, garlic, and spices. These are juicy! There was a slight bit of funk that reminded me of onions that are a bit past their prime, but it was subtle. It comes with two chutneys, a cilantro mint chutney and a tomato chutney. The tomato chutney had a pleasant sweetness to it, and the cilantro mint was bright. Like the other Indian chutneys you may have had, these are a bit on the runny side. They had great flavor and texture, but careful--juicy momo plus sauce equals potential for mess, so grab some extra napkins!

Definitely delicious momos and dosas! If you have never had a momo before, I would describe it was a Nepali version of a soup dumpling. And if you have ever had a dosa before, it's a Nepali version of a french crepe (much crispier). Coming here many times, I definitely recommend the Chicken Momos ($11) and Keema Dosa ($13). Those are my personal favorite on the menu. The momos are so flavorful and juicy. However, my only down side to this place is that it is pretty pricey. I definitely think $11 for 6 dumplings is not worth it.

Momo Dosa is from the fine folks at Gorkha Palace and provides a lovely array of spices and flavor to the already-eclectic food offerings at The Market at Malcolm Yards. The veggie momo ($10) is labeled as vegetarian, but it's actually vegan (the only non-vegan item is the green chutney, which comes on the side and contains yogurt). I loved the momos---they're hearty and have a nicely cooked cabbage filling. The curry leaf dosa ($9) can be made vegan and was excellent: light, crispy and beautifully savory. This one isn't filled with potatoes (unlike the masala dosa)---it's just a crepe, but it's a fabulous snack with a drink.Stop by Momo Dosa for a great meal.

My wife and I were on our weekly "Try a new restaurant" in the Twin Cities lunch. We scoped out Momo Dosa before hand I even even knew what I was going to order when I got there.I ordered a keema dosa with ground meat, red onion, parsley, zucchini, mozzarella parmesan cheese, basil, fennel seeds, a mutton momo with ground goat meat, cabbage, onion, spring onion, ginger, spices and my wife go sambar soup with split peas, carrots, gourd, moringa, red chilies, potato, shallots, pumpkin, tomatoes, curry leaf, tamarind. She got a side of piro hot chutney tomatoes, garlic, local habanero chili. It was about a 10 minute wait and then we got our text that it was ready. There were 6 momos and they were pretty good. I dipped them in the piro chutney, which gave it a fantastic kick. 8/10The dosa was amazing. The crepe was large and thin and crispy and held a ton of perfecgtly spiced meat. Really great. 10/10My wife gave me some of her soup and it was full of spices and I could see why she loved this vegetable soup on her trips to India. 10/10

OVERALL: Classic and tasty Momos! Can't wait to try more! PRICE: $11 for the chicken Momos (6) and the reason why this received a 4/5. Although the food is tasty I feel like the price is a bit steep!FOOD: They are cooked perfectly, perfectly seasoned, and the dough is so perfectly chewy. I am a huge fan and these were so filling! I'm excited to come back and try the Dosas.

Momo Dosa caught my eye at the Market at Malcom Yards. The bison momo were calling my name and I had to try them out. They come with 2 sauces, a tomato chutney and a cilantro mint chutney. The bison momo were very flavorful and tasty, but a little inconsistent in terms of how juicy/soupy they were. The chutneys were both great additions, especially the fresh, zingy cilantro mint chutney. The service was good- it was pretty busy so it took awhile to get my food but that's understandable.

I absolutely loved the bison momo!! It was juicy and packed a huge flavor punch!! The sauces were delicious too and even tho I was really warned still wasn't ready for the heat behind the sauce. I can't wait to come back and try the dosas. I crave those flavors!!
