Modist Brewing

So I only got to have one beer here, the place was packed on a Tuesday. Who would have thunk it. I really really liked the one beer I had false pattern hazy pale ale 5.5%, the hops were closer to west coast, but it was smooth, semi sweet and quite crushable.The place is huge. The music was loud and they are dog friendly. You have to order your drink by standing in line and then finding a seat. Didn't love the set up, but loved the beer. And the service was good.

We had a great time at modist. The service was friendly and prompt. We ordered the grape apes and it was very yummy. They had it on tap. The vibe inside was nice and there were a good amount of people there around 6 pm. There is a photo booth in the back near the bathrooms that is completely free- make sure to take advantage of such a fun perk!

This is a funky, cool brewery in the same area as a lot of funky breweries. I would definitely recommend stopping here! We tried some new beers, and some new (to us) THC seltzers. The brewery also featured a donut vending machine and a really fun photobooth. This felt like a really inclusive, safe bar.

Huge space, good selection. Outdoor patio. Alcohol, THC, donut vending machines. All they need is a shawarma booth to have all four food groups.

On Saturday afternoon we stopped in for a beer. There were a variety of people sitting at the tables talking. There was a small craft fair going on which I thought was interesting and unusual. We ordered a beer. Both my husband and I enjoyed what we chose. Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't overcrowded and there was a good variety of music playing. It was a great place to stop in and have a beer.

Modist Brewing was the perfect stop on our way to the Twins game last Saturday, 9/28. It was busy but not overcrowded as the indoor space is big with a good sized outdoor area as well. There was a DJ playing some general house music, not too heavy with a vibey touch, that really set the mood and atmosphere. The beer selection is solid, and I would loved to have tried more options had we not been needing to get to the game given it was my first time visiting. Cheers!

One of my favorite breweries! Their THC seltzers are so good as are their sours. It can be a little crowded but if you can find the seat the drinks are worth it.

Came here on a Sunny Sunday afternoon and it was perfect! I love the big open space and the outdoor patio. Their beer selection is great I personally loved the coffee beer here, I have had others and this was by far my favorite out of the breweries I have been to. You have to try their THC seltzers! They were so flavorful and of course a great but subtle buzz after is what we are looking for! I loved their merch as well, very trendy and comfortable. I like that they don't look like brewery merch from far away. The bartenders were really nice and helpful when we asked questions about some of the beers on tap. They also have a FREE photo-booth near the bathrooms which prints out 2 copies of your photos. This is unheard of in NYC so please take advantage of a nice memory moment! This place is also dog and family friendly :) Cheers!

Had a fabulous evening in Modist's brand new event space with fantastic beer, food, and fun! The beer was spot on and paired expertly with the delicious food prepared by Guacaya. The space itself is colorful and large enough for a wedding and corporate events. There is a small sitting area provided by the venue upstairs, with a view of the brewing equipment and brewery. I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to host a party or corporate event.
