ModernWell

Stopped here to work for a few hours, and it's such a cute collaboration space! Received a warm welcome from the community manager, which I feel like I especially do when booking through DeskPass. It's a lovely quiet building, though I love the vibe of women entrepreneurs excitedly doing business with each other. There's coffee machines, phone booths, and plenty of neighborhood parking. I love traveling to different cities for work because I get to experience the local work culture!

Modernwell has been one of the greatest highlights about being back in Minneapolis. I thought this transition from LA back here would be incredibly difficult with loads of culture shock. Modernwell has made my transition so much easier. The community of women here is incredibly supportive. Their events and member opportunities are outstanding. My only regret is that I wish I was in MN longer so I could remain a member.

Very nice gathering space. Spacious and plenty of spaces for small gatherings. Parking is available.

Amazing space, great humans and vibe, all the amenities to keep you and guests comfy... and help you get things done! I love sitting by the big windows/fireplace.

Modern Well is managed by the best leaders I have come across. I've worked with Modern Well for over a year. I love the at atmosphere, the spaces, and the vibe. It is one of the best places that you can network, and even grow as a small business owner. I am very satisfied with their services and recommend to others.

Beautiful location and great atmosphere. Highly recommend it for a small group looking for a place to conduct a meeting or a large group hosting an event.
