I asked a friend where she'd like to celebrate her birthday and she chose Mito! The ambiance when walking in is beautiful wood work all around with stunning Latin motifs, while also looking like it potentially was a hopping party spot. It was a Monday night so, very sparsely occupied. We were seated toward the back. The hostess was very busy and ended also being our server. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of! All staff seemed great! The Spicy Margarita was the best I've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was a toss up with the flight of Mararitas though!I ordered the AGUACHILE MANGO HABANERO. If you love seafood it's a must! Spicy warning! I LOVED it super fresh, tangy and the octopus was tender. Very well made. Not a place I'd frequent mostly because of the cost.

I've been here a few times and almost always for a birthday. Had reservations every time cause they can get really busy. They have their own parking lot so you don't have to worry about that at all.Inside is beautiful with many places to take great photos. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Menu is full of pictures so you know what you're getting. Food is pretty good and the drinks are ok. I think it may be a little over priced but you're really paying for the presentation and theatrics and they have that down! Overall a good experience for maybe an event, but not somewhere I would eat on a normal night out.

I discovered MITO on TikTok and decided it would be the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with my out-of-town friend and again with my family visiting from out of state--and it did not disappoint! I've been twice now, and both times we were seated promptly, which is always a plus. The ambiance is what truly sets MITO apart--it feels like you've been transported straight to Miami! The decor is stunning, colorful, and vibrant, with plenty of seating, great music, and even a live DJ both times I visited. Lots of opportunities for capturing the perfect picture! The energy in the place is contagious, with celebrations happening all around. The drinks are as cute as they are tasty, and the food? Delicious! We loved the sushi, seafood linguini, steak fajitas, and enchiladas--all hits. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and flavorful.Bonus perk: plenty of free parking, making the whole experience even more stress-free. If you're looking for a fun, lively spot with great vibes, good food, and awesome drinks, MITO is the place to be!

I really wanted to like Mito. So much hype, such a diverse menu, awesome space. Unfortunately things started off poorly right away. The place was not busy at all when we arrived and it was clear that our server either didn't know we were seated or just didn't care as we waited for anyone to greet us for ~10 minutes and at least 15 before even getting waters. We started off with the oysters and a couple sushi rolls. The oysters were very poorly done. Covered with so much extra, completely attached to the shell still, and just a flavor profile that doesn't fit the dish at all. The sushi was pretty solid, but have to admit that the price was a bit over the top.As for mains, the pollo loco was mediocre. On the dry side, lacking any impact flavors... I'd prefer a $6 rotisserie chicken from the grocery store vs. this $29 dish. The drinks, while super cool to look at, are so sweet it's almost unbearable. Not sure a single drink caters to anyone except a new drinker looking for a sweet profile or something you'd find on the beach. All in all, this place had a ton of potential, but fell flat almost across the board especially given the high cost of everything on the menu!

HOLY COW.This place was phenomenal. The second you walk into this establishment, you're taken on a trip to a resort with its ambiance. It was a VIBE with a live saxophone player, the lighting, and the art!The service was exceptional! Our waitress was so knowledgeable and provided a BOATLOAD of recommendations for food and drink. There were 5 of us, thus we tried 5 different meals. Could not go wrong with their steak or chicken choices. 10/10.Their drink menu is so unique with custom glassware/themed cocktails. The best part: ALL SIGNATURE COCKTAILS CAN BE MADE INTO MOCKTAILS. Don't walk to this place... RUN!! We'll be back!!* $$$$$ this place was pricey although worth it if treating yourself* this place has 3 floors!! This basement is a club and doors open at 10pm-2am* huge parking lot* interesting bathroom set-up with re-usable towel system* lighting may bother sensitive eyes

Food was not the best for the price point for brunch but if looking for more of an alternative experience this is your location. Drinks as delicious and the pours are heavy so this would be a good happy hour or cocktail location. The server was attentive and the interior was decorated like you are in a Latin tropical location which was pleasant.

I've been to Mito twice, just wanting to go and another time to celebrate a birthday. The place is super cute and trendy. A lot of cute photo ops! Even the bathroom was fully decorated and they had warm hand towels. I pretty much wanted to go here for the cute drinks but each time we ended up getting apps/ a bite to eat. The food is not great. The first time we got guac and truffle fries. The fries were good but the guac was flavorless, I was a bit disappointed with that. The next time we went we got the Chipotle Bbq Crispy Chicken pizza. It wasn't that bad but the chicken tasted frozen and cheap like the frozen apps you get at the store and the crust could have been cooked a little more. Was for sure a pizza you have to eat with a knife and fork. Food is a bit pricey here. My friend and I are trying to try as many drinks as possible so we usually order a few drinks every time, for the most part they are usually good & on point. They are spendy but not bad for going out every once in a while & treating yourself. The staff are usually nice and attentive. Overall I'd go back for drinks and the vibes and just eat where else before.

A solid 5 stars!Mito is definitely one of my top favorite restaurants of 2024. I won't bore everyone with a long description. There's already a mountain of reviews from writers that are far more talented than myself. All I have to say is this...The restaurant is astoundingly beautiful, my food was excellent, and the customer service was first class. Now that I'm aware that Mr. Soto is the mastermind behind this restaurant, I'm excited to checkout (and taste) his other 2 projects. Thanks for a great experience, Mito!-Maxx

This restaurant is a party central. We went to a friend birthday and dinner. They had a live band playing Latin music and singer. People were dancing in front of the stage. Lots of people dining as well. There is a second level that goes to a private party room. There's also a night club in the basement that opens right before 10pm if anyone is in the mood for dancing. Restaurant is colorful and full of decorations. The food and drinks are also really cool. Would recommend for a place to have birthdays.

This is a hidden Latin fusion spot in Roseville. This is a good spot to go with a large group as is it quite the experience. They have fun drinks! I got the tooth fairy drink, served in tooth! They do have speciality shots for groups. Our server was quite pushy to get us to do one despite us saying no. Overall, very expensive for what you get. They also do many birthday celebrations and there were servers singing almost every 15 minutes for different tables, which got old. We came with the intention of going to the downstairs bar once it opened. Once it opened, we were told it was a $20 cover. We were incredibly surprised given that it was as soon as it opened, not advertised, and much higher cover than places downtown. We ended up leaving. Overall, this is a cool place for a good photo, but very overpriced and in the middle of nowhere.
