When I visit family in the La Crosse area, I order their food items via one of the food delivery services. I always thought it was OK...nothing to write home about.Finally, I went to the establishment, and I liked its look and feel. The staff, while not overly friendly, acknowledged me. The bar was clean, and the drink and beer options were good. Some of the food items worth mentioning: the double Smash is solid and worthy if you want one of their more "plainer" burgers. The Defibrillator is really, really good! This burger is a lot of food, and unless you are under 25 and a glutton, I'd share this one. It is about 2/3 lbs of burger. The other part of the equation for this burger is that it has chicken fried bacon in it. Batter-fried bacon? Who'd have thunk? I didn't look, but if this is not on the appetizer menu, it should be.Cheese curds are solid and best eaten hot...of courseThe beer menu is OK. you will get a few stalwart craft breweries intermixed with your standard corporate beers.

I came in town to visit my cousin and she brought me to one of her favorite burger and fry places in lacrosse. They had three or four different different kinds of cheese curds, all reasonably priced. the classic ones that made them famous are huge! They are about the size of a golf ball! Homemade ranch was great. I had a classic burger with a lettuce bun. I really appreciate that they have so many bun choices to swap out. I would like to come back next time in town to visit happy hour specials. Atmosphere was great as well, an urban vibe.m with lots of wood and metals.

The staff and food is wonderful. Our server today was named Linnea, and she provided great service to all her tables. We love coming here when we are in town. They have a special sandwich every week that my husband will always try. The hamburgers, salads and Cajun fries are great. The wings look good too but have not tried them yet. And the Blood Marys are GREAT.

Hit or miss... I've been to this location 3 times. First time everything was great, the last 2 the food was awful. It was like the grease was old. The last trip I had a MBC chicken salad- lettuce was old and I was picking slimy pieces out trying to eat it, the chicken was flavorless. My daughter's chicken sandwich was no better. Everything seemed so greasy that within 1/2 hr of our meal my other half had to stop somewhere to get sick.

I'd rate my visit with 0 stars. I waited a half hour for my food to come out and both meals were cold to the touch, my burger was also raw. I am 9 months pregnant, I had asked that my burger be well done for that exact reason. There is absolutely no reason that food is coming out cold and raw when it took 30 minutes to make. We got to the restaurant at 11:15 so it wasn't that busy when we got there. We could never get our waiter's attention because he was so busy chatting with his coworkers. I would have liked the opportunity to have allowed you to make it right but it's hard to do so when the waiter can't be bothered to pay attention to his tables. For the amount of money I spent on 2 meals I expected to actually be able to enjoy my food, instead I left hungry because as a 9 month pregnant woman I can't eat a RAW burger.

The service is bad...my wife asked for a lemon 3 times or more an he brought a lime and not only that, he messed up our drink order.we hasn't even received our food yet,God knows what's going to happen then. But I'll be letting u know.

0/10 sat at the bar for an hour. They forgot to ring in my food! Manager was cleaning tables instead of seating guests or helping staff. To"make up for it" I got a $10 coupon. Can't get anything on the menu for $10. Go to Applebees.

This place is conveniently located in the same plaza as a Planet Fitness that I frequently visit when I'm town. Great burgers served up here, and the "Bleu Cheese Potato Salad" has quickly become my fave side.. I will be back!!
