My daughter and I are camping at a local camp sight. Noticed this restaurant write-up in a flyer for the event at the campsite. Decided to give this place a shot. The restaurant is inviting, kinda hard to find but, Google maps lead the way. The food was very fresh and tasty! I could tell every part of the meal was handmade, no pre-made food here. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. I'll be back!

Hubby was playing for the NYA Music in the Park series and we all needed a late dinner. Some friends and locals told us to stop here. It was a special treat to have home-cooked meals. The owner knew everyone who recommended this cafe AND she knew what they usually order! I had the steak and eggs-steak was tender and juicy cooked just the way I like it. The American fries were crispy, squishy, and perfect. One of the band guys had the steak and cheese sandwich-he said it was the best he's ever had! Others had an omelet and hamburger. Not a crumb left on any plate. Go to this cafe for sure!

Great small town restaurant for breakfast. The food was well made and the pancakes were fantastic. The coffee was strong but really good.

Now run by an elderly couple. Dad cooks. Mom waitresses. It's an old railway station! All the dishes we tried were great. Baked potato for lunch is a rare find. Hungarian soup, or was it Rumanian, was excellent.

Most disgusting place ever!! The owners have their grandchildren their like running around and making food for themselves most of the time. The decor is a cluster of holiday decor and 1950-1970s junk thrown together. The seating is office chairs probably found at a garage sale for they don't match eachother. The bathrooms are disgusting and the food is rat. No idea how the health department hasn't shut them down because it's that bad! I have never seen the owner/ cook once wash her hands from when she took my order to taking someone's money at the register to cook my food. Needless to say I will never go there again. Woof!

This is one of our favorite stops. Tons of seating, an incredible salad bar with vegetables straight from their garden, family owned and operated, the service is awesome. Food quality is what you should expect for an inexpensive place. GOOD EATS!

If you are looking for a fancy, pinky-out kind of dinner, don't come here. If you want great food served in a place that makes you feel like you are welcomed in to a friend's home, this is your place. Great food, kids menu, and pie, all served with a smile and some conversation if you want it make this a great place to come.
