Cheesecake makes this place. Need a smaller and more efficient menu. Make it simple. If only they had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.

BEE CAREFUL, YOU MIGHT GET " S T U N G " HEREThis looked interesting, and we were hungry for lunch. Walked in and went, WOW, how clean! It is a cute fisherman type bar on a lovely lake. Bellied up to the bar, and ordered drinks from a very nice bartender, Menu was righteous, oh boy, this is gonna be great!Downhill fast from there. Couldn't even taste the vodka in the cocktail. No IPA available, but beer was cold. We ordered 3 items off the menu and they all were practically inedible. Cheese curds were frozen from a factory, not worth the cheese curd calories :-(Soup was pure mush, but flavorful. Nothing like a mushy dumpling.Chicken salad tasted like chemicals, probably from french bottled dressing or lettuce soaked in chemicals.Yes, it took awhile to get our food, and no, not many other people in there. Hmm, the deck looks awesome. Bartender was nice enough to take the soup off our bill. Maybe she went and tasted it for herself.F I R S T T I M E L A S T T I M E

Very nice view of the lake. Kind staff. Food was decent. Hand cut fries were great, but would have been epic if the fryer grease was changed.

Food is excellent! Have been here several times in the past few years and have always had great food. However, the last time we were there 2 weeks ago, our waitress had a major attitude problem. Not sure why she did, but she was rude, sarcastic and argumentative, which is unacceptable. I was in no way being a difficult customer. I did contact the owner via their Facebook Page Review section and she (Dorothy) left me a Private MSG apologizing for this, assured me she would be dealing with the waitress and told me to ask for her the next time we stopped in so she could say "Hi". I appreciated that. The food was still great regardless, so we will be back again...soon. Just will avoid having that same waitress.ETA: Stopped by again on a recent Sunday for breakfast. As usual, the food was excellent. This time, the waitress, I think her name is Matilda(?), was great and Dorothy, the owner, stopped by to apologize for our last unfavorable experience. It was my birthday coming up that Tuesday, so she gifted my with a complimentary piece of their famous cheesecake of my choice (I got the cherry) and it was to-die-for! Matilda is the cheesecake maker and she is talented, I tell ya! I am changing my rating from 4 star to 5 star. Dorothy really knows how to treat customers right!

This place slapssssss!!! Cheesecake is bomb. Food is bomb. AND they have vegetarian options. AND WHITE CLAWS. Everyone should go here

The food we had tonight was good but I think this is the worst service I've ever had in my life. Our waitress was the only server/bartender and I think she'd had a long day. She snapped at us, cut us off when we were talking, and used pretty rude sarcasm to answer our questions about the menu. We blew this off as just a personality trait. What bothered us was our son had an accident and spilled his pop. We immediately started cleaning it because we don't expect others to clean up our mistake and when she came by, we asked for a towel or napkins so we could clean it. She ignored us and came back about 5 minutes later, literally stopped to stare at our son, shake her head and roll her eyes, then start cleaning it. I tried to help her and got some pop on her wrist and she jumped away from the table and glared again at me. We apologized again and she just ignored us. I feel bad for the situation but as someone that was a server for many years, I can't fathom being that rude to people. We will never go to this restaurant again because she created such a horrible and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Absolutely awful. There were 6 of us and not one good meal in the bunch. I had a chicken fajita wrap...lots of shredded lettuce and very little else. One person ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese...after 4 tries finally got the order right. The ceasar salad was shredded lettuce and a few pieces of chicken that were as dry as the croutons. never again!!! They say I have to pick a star rating..so I will say 1, only because they have no negative stars.

Nice place for breakfast/brunch. Had to bring home a slice of Melinda's homemade cheesecake. We definitely will be back!
