After living nearby for years (and since moving), I finally made it to Master Noodle, and I can't believe it took me this long! After hearing rave reviews from friends, my husband and I decided to use this chilly Sunday as the perfect opportunity to give it a try and we were not disappointed. We'll definitely be back, probably again and again. If you're a mushroom lover, the mushroom and chicken soup is an absolute must - rich, savory, and packed with flavor. My husband was initially unsure about the braised beef ribs on the bone, as the fat might be a turn-off for some. But once he dug in, he was hooked! The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the sweet-savory broth, which had just the right kick of spice. It would have been nice to have some of the meat pre-chopped in the soup, but it didn't stop him from finishing every last bite!We also couldn't get enough of the dumplings. The dough was perfectly soft, and the filling was a heavenly combination of well-seasoned, tender meat. Yum! We were so impressed, we were already recommending it to friends before we even left.

We've been going here for years and are never disappointed. Everything is very fresh the handsome noodles are toothsome and the dishes are flavorful. The chicken garlic noodles are a favorite. We also enjoy their scallion pancakes, Szechuan dumpling and pork dumplings. Curried noodles are good. I have tried some of the soups which are good but not as tasty as the stir fried noodles Staff is friendly and the decor is attractive. Good prices too

We've been on the hunt for a great Chinese spot in the Twin Cities, but nothing had really stuck--until we found Master Noodle. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were incredible! The Chongqing Spicy Noodle Soup was a standout. It was bold, packed with heat, and had such a unique depth of flavor that I know I'm going to be craving it regularly. The Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles and Chicken Fried Rice were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even the Veggie Egg Rolls were crisp, fresh, and satisfying. To top it off, the Honey Jasmine Tea was a delightful and soothing way to round out the meal.Every dish was a hit, and the care that goes into the food is evident. This place has officially become our go-to for Chinese food. Highly recommend for anyone searching for authentic, flavorful dishes!

The food was cold. We needed to ask for more tea, continuously. The dumplings were hot and good! Parking around back was easy and accessible.

Epic! I realize that there's more than one of these in the area, but if they're all as good as this, I would never go anywhere else. Casual atmosphere with an Asian motif. Kitchen open to the dining room so you can watch all the action. Fantastic to watch the noodle Master make your noodles For your dish.Service was solid and prices super reasonable. I will say the spice levels are definitely up there and so good it'll just make you cry! LOLNice variety of soft drinks and bubble tea, with limited alcohol, choices of beer, wine, and sake. Easy access with tram stop just outside the front door. A must when you are in the area.

We got delivery from here, and the food got here quickly! The food was ordered from 3 people. We got 2 sides and 2 entrees with extra noodles- this was enough for 6 maybe 7 servings!!We got cheese wontons, edamame, garlic chicken, and the chicken black fungus soup. The edamame was more cooked than I prefer, but wasn't bad. The cheese wontons were delicious and have some chives in them. The garlic chicken was delicious and had a light sauce on it. The soup was rich without being too heavy. The noodles for both were a perfect amount chewy, and very delicious.

Master Noodle is one of the rare Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities that provides delicious food from the Shaanxi Province. Typically, the Shaanxi Province specializes in hand-pulled noodles and crispy beef and pork sandwiches. Today, I got the Biang Biang Noodles which is a signature hand-pulled noodles with flash fried chili oil and bok choy. Fun fact: Biang Biang Noodles are actually one big noodle that supposedly makes a "biang biang" sound when you're making them. These noodles were delicious and chewy and the vegetables were a great pair combined with the hot chili oil. And if you're craving more spice or flavor, don't forget to add more chili oil and vinegar!

I think I might just have a new infatuation. Master noodle....where have you been all my life?! This place is described as "Traditional hand pulled noodles and vibrant art in an open kitchen setting". Somehow, even this is an under-sale. The space is absolutely stunning. From the wall art to the replica balcony, to the furniture and custom silverware and plating...this is "master"class in restaurant decor. I am thoroughly impressed, even before ever laying eyes on the menu. Noodles both cold and hot, soup, dumplings, scallion pancakes, wontons, fried rice, desert and even milk tea. You'd be hard pressed not to find something that satisfies your liking on this menu. It seems endless. But hand pulled noodles are a must. Hand pulled noodles are a rarity stateside. Master noodle happens to be Minnesota's first. Sure It is time consuming, but so worth the effort. These Hand pulled noodles may be imperfect in shape but oh so perfect in texture and taste. You honestly can't go wrong with the garlic chicken noodles. It's sweet with just a little kick, but the chew of the noodle is everything. Easily one of the better restaurant experiences I've had, and I've had quite a bit. Master Noodle is the fix I never knew I needed, but now I can't stop wanting.
