Had a great experience here seeing A Complete Unknown last week. If I'm remembering correctly this was the first theater in the area to add in the recliner seats, and even though it's been awhile since that remodel, they still hold up. Overall the theater is kept nice and clean despite the business, there are great snack options (although they've certainly gotten expensive), and the ambiance just has a fun energy to it. Tickets here are usually a pretty good value, and I'd certainly recommend checking it out!

Good experience! It was absolutely dead at a 4pm showing - Loved having a quiet theater! The ticket was reasonably priced at $13ish. Snack combo was also reasonable at less than $20 for a large drink and popcorn. They have a self butter station - woo! They also had milkshakes and a bar for cocktails that looked nice enough to sit at for a little pre show drink! The seats reclined - a must! We'll be back!

Yes, it's a nice theater, but...it's too crowded and too noisy! When I went there were screaming kids. Also only kiosks to buy tickets? Yes, I guess that means I could buy tickets at home ahead of time, but what if you don't have a printer? Okay, I know, we have phones these days, but I guess I'm old fashioned. Um.. I know I shouldn't do this but I highly recommend the other theater in the area....Emagine Willow Creek....which is much, much better....

Plymouth Grand is one of 8 theatres in the Twin Cities. This is a new theatre for me. As a self-proclaimed high low girl: $5 Tuesday me along w/ a great recliner, VIP food delivery to your seat, open bar and can't forget the heated seats! Overall the Plymouth Grand scored a 4/5 because they don't deliver to your seat, their food selection is lacking, and reclining isn't the same unheated. Service 4/5 Self-service tickets at the front door, with courteous serves. One young man did sound like the dry eyes guy for eyedrops, but I digress. Prices are movie reasonable and the bartender were very personable. Shout out to the newest member who's all of 18. MN is weird like that. no drinking till 21 however you can bartend at 18. Nevertheless, she's doing a great job! Food/ Drinks: 4/5 I ordered raspberry lemonade long island ice tea (reserve your judgement- I have a high tolerance) Its like apple juice to me. Since she was new, I switched to margarita. turned out fabulously. Their food selection is lacking and could use some other options so I pregame'd it with Chipotle nearby. Cost 5/5 - Total $32.60 Tickets; $11.25 plus tax | Drink; 12.00 Tip:$10 Chipotle: $9.35 (No I DID NOT sneak food into theatre, smh, that's illegal) Overall 4/5Decent spot, great service, and limited food selections. It would be better if they had VIP food delivery and most importantly: Heated seats. I would visit again and the Bob Marley movie was great, you should check it out! Plenty of restaurants nearby - literally across the street. Great for a solo, date night, or family outing.

I am trying my hardest to give an unbiased review given my son works there. But recliner seats, $5.50 tickets on Tuesdays, clean, blocks from my house all are a win for me. I really thought it was funny staff member did ask to see inside my bag if I brought outside food. Just fair warning if you bring a big bag. They have a full bar and concessions are great. My son told be they are trained to pack as much popcorn the bag as possible. I will definitely be back and not just beyond get free tickets as an immediate family member.

Our theater of choice! Ordering tickets at the kiosk is super easy, you can also order online for a small additional fee. All seats are assigned, which you select at time of order, and all are the recliner style which makes the movie experience so much more enjoyable. Wide range of concessions that are standard movie fare and prices are what you'd come to expect at theaters these days. Roughly $20 for two drinks and a popcorn. Lines at concessions can get backed up though if you're going for a weekend evening show so make sure you arrive in time to grab your snacks. They also have a bar area for those that need something a little stronger. This is a great spot to catch a movie.

Theater is close to home and easy to get tickets online or in person! I love seeing a stand-alone theater that gives a vintage vibe. It could use a little sprucing up, but I don't mind for a quick movie. Best perk is that there's still $5 Tuesdays and there's comfy seats.

I was looking forward to seeing the Transformers One movie with my family opening night. My excitement was shifted when I approached the concession counter and the employee who was blankly starting at me stood there and I proceeded to order and she looks the other way as if she could not help so another employee by the name of "Dorian" I believe took my order with a very nasty demeanor. I ordered popcorn and icees. He give me the popcorn and I go to butter them and "dorian" storms over and slams the drinks and says "next time wait for your order at the counter" veryyyyy nasty and sassy as he prances back to his counter. I was instantly taken back and couldn't even respond to the ride brat because he stormed off like a toddler. This encounter will not stop me from returning to the theatre because my family typically enjoys it here but I truly hate to spend money that I work hard for to be treated so poorly by staff with horrible customer service. Please do better.

It's been sooo long since I've gone out to a movie in theaters but I got a recommendation to come here (especially on Tuesdays *wink wink discount Tuesday*). I'm glad we came by for a showing - it's a smaller theater, but a very cozy feel with really comfy reclining seats! They're a little worn, but still work great and make watching the movie an elevated experience. The one "meh" was trying to get popcorn and snacks for the movie - there were issues with the registers and we ended up having to move to a single line. It took a looong time to get our snacks and we weren't able to get any free refills (without needing to wait for at least 30 min). Overall, still a fun experience and we'll definitely come back for more movies!

Kicked out of theater for "being loud and on the phones" we didn't make a noise after the first 5 minutes. Then we were discretely on our phones answering emails and text messages. Keep in mind the theater was also empty after the first 10 minutes. I will not be attending another movie at grand theaters, mainly for the unfair treatment and the fact I too paid for my and friends tickets.
