Lumberjack's

Got the broasted wings and was NOT disappointed! They were sensational. Got both tossed in sauce, one sweet bourbon (perhaps the best ever) and the other a classic Buffalo. Very tender and flavorful. The bourbon ones age immaculately. I ate them 4 hours or so later on and they still had a crispiness that floored me! Can't wait to go back and try them normal or tossed in the other sauces they offer.

Just driving through town we stopped for breakfast - best Steak & Eggs I've had in years. Meat was like a tenderloin, except it was sirloin. Eggs done perfect. Been back a few times and had a consistent high quality breakfast each time (Steak & Eggs, if it's good - eat it). I've stopped for lunch a few times also and was very impressed and satisfied with the good food. Anytime I'm in the area I make a bee line for Lumberjack's ! We have also come here several times for the Saturday night Prime Rib dinner and have never been disappointed. The Prime, done to order, is lean, thick and delicious and the potato is so good it could be a meal alone. Lunch and dinner come with a soup selection (three soups - you choose; multiple visits allowed) and a salad bar. The best consistently superb Clam Chowder I've had in years, rivals that which I've enjoyed on the east coast. It's a one way 48 mile trip for me which I'm happy to drive, great food from a chef who knows his craft and with a friendly wait staff to serve you ! :-)

Awesome food, great staff, fun atmosphere. I highly recommend Lumberjacks. I haven't had anything that I didn't like at this Bar/ Restaurant.

Been here many times. Awesome burgers! Huge portions! Had the home made soup and salad bar and that was very good also. We have never been disappointed here. Prices are reasonable and service is fast and friendly.

We've been coming here since they opened and have NEVER had a bad meal. Broasted chicken has always been our family favorite. Like...I crave this stuff!Until today...We ordered take out - the broasted chicken was bland, and I mean bland. The breading was more like fried than broasted. Potatoes and gravy were terrible. I called and talked to Crystal, who I believe is the owner. It was blamed on the new broater first, then the new seasoning (more like NO seasoning). She suggested I "repurpose" the chicken!! Spent nearly $50 to be told to repurpose the bland chicken. Really?? I have never been so let down in a meal that our family has loved for years.I would have normally given this restaurant a "5" without hesitation.I don't know if this was truly a fluke, but it would have been nice to at least been offered some time of comp for this dismal meal, other than suggestion to repurpose the chicken.
