Lucky Inn Chinese Cuisine

If you like Chinese American food you cannot go wrong with Lucky Inn. They make all the classics like chow mein, egg foo yung, sweet and sour, etc. The rest of the menu is huge with a lot more options. There is a whole section of combination plates too. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The lunch buffet that shut down during covid is now open again. Simply great tasting Chinese American food!

Best Kung Pao I have ever had, really. I walked from my Edward Jones office down the street to try for first time. Hot, spicy combo comes with an egg roll for under $10. Greeted warmly by the owner. Will be back again to bring home for family!Take out only -

I really enjoyed the chicken chow mein and the egg roll and I had the cream cheese wontons The woman who always takes my order over the phone is always very nice and polite and she's always the same when I come to pick it up. Very friendly and the food is really delicious that's why I keep going back. Not to mention it's about two blocks for my apartment.

My first time trying this place and I am mad I hadn't tried it sooner!! First of all the decor in that restaurant is the most amazing salmon pink and floral carpet explosion... but also the woman who brought me my food was so friendly and quick! I ordered the sesame chicken which was the perfect flavor, not overly breaded and still a little crispy covered in sauce! Fried rice was full of chicken and actually has flavor unlike some places where it just tastes like white rice with soy sauce and peas. Chicken LoMein had tons of large slices of white meat chicken and a huge portion! Cream cheese wontons were fab too! I'm so excited I found this gem! Also I felt like this was the most affordable price for how much food I got! AMAZING!!

Wonderful take out American Chinese style food. Great service. So glad I found this gem.

My luck done run outIf starving and lost, maybeOtherwise, avoidHad been here once before and thinking it was rather meh. Decided to give er another rip. Would have to say meh is a generous compliment for this place.It is fairly cheap for the lunch buffet at $8.25, but drink is not included and there is no dessert. The selection is very limited and underwhelming to say the least. They also seemed to be having trouble keeping up on a not very busy day. Several empty trays on my couple of trips.Beef skewer was fatty and gristly. Grilled chicken was also fatty. Had to spit some of both out into napkins. The cream cheese wontons had no cream cheese in them. Just wonton around a pocket of air. I pretty much just stuck with the lo mein and fried rice which were so-so at best. I would have to be really down on my luck to try this place again.

Awesome. Food is always fresh service was kind and I enjoyed the overall experience and will be there several times a week during their lunch hours.

Very generous portions and reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. We would recommend Lucky Inn.

I was tired when I got there but the chicken on the stick was now called barbecue chicken because she was too lazy to put it on the stick. The cream cheese wontons were all one time and no cream cheese. I ordered sesame chicken, combo platter and a sweet-and-sour pork combo platter. I did not like that. They had the exact same sauce on them. It was very on the appetizing. I feel like it was very low budget Chinese food

Look, there are so many Chinese restaurants out there. To overuse a term; they are a hidden gem. Since I don't eat most meat, she made tofu and veggies which was just delightful. The wontons are crisp and light and I do believe she makes her own sweet and sour sauce. At least I've never had any I like until now - Wok in the Parks sauce just dropped to a distant 2nd. Currently they are takeout only. Enjoy!
