Good banh mi sandwich! Had the bbq one with extra meat. This is a Vietnamese grocery store so it has more items and food specifically for the Viet community vs other chinese grocery store.

Try their deli/banh mi shop in the back. $6 for a great cold cuts sandwich. Bread is super fresh. Just wish they had pate, unless they do and I just haven't asked me if I want it. Though I haven't asked... grocery store has the basics for frozen/few fresh items etc.

Service and quality is a bit iffy with the changeover; never had a problem ordering before but was recently helped by a woman in the deli with zero english skills - first she gave me something not even close to what I wanted, then the second time did give me a bahn mi but not the kind I ordered. Took it anyway so as not to cause a problem, but was disappointed in what I got.Had been to the old place dozens of times with no trouble...will give it another try to see if it improves.

My mom use their money transfer service to send $200 to Vietnam for a relative 15 days later the relative in Vietnam still did not receive the money when my mom go back and speak to the onwer wife and husband their response is keep asking her to come back three times Before they refund her the $200 the worst servers ever. Owner said I have the whole shop here and you only send $200. Wow what a service! when they refund her, the wife boss told my mom don't come back here ever again . This is a terrible customer service I ever seen and Highly not recommended to use this place.

Nice, friendly little place with a surprisingly large selection of pan-Asian foodstuffs. Toward the back, they have prepared hot & cold food to take-out, and in my opinion they have probably the best banh mi sandwiches on the avenue - particularly the amazing roast pork banh mi. In addition to roasting pig, they also roast whole duck.

Our family usually stop here for fast take out food like banh mi, springrolls, and hot deli entrees. The owner has changed so has the banh mi sandwiches. The sandwich flavor is quite different from Hien Tien sandwich but its better than most places therefore we still go here. It's unique. Eggrolls were delicious. I ordered both kinds the smaller ones and the regular. The regular was my favorite. I ate it then realized I forgot to take a picture. You'll have to take my word on it or go try yourself. Spoke with the owner's daughter and she mention they are planning to renovate the place to make it more modern. I'm excited and will be back to see the renovation. Family friendly place to order take out and grocery shop.

The Baum Mi at their deli use to be great but we got several for the 1st time in several months yesterday and they were not good at all. The bread was ok but there were minimal ingredients in the sandwich. If they don't go back to making them like they use to we will never get there again.

The spring roll was falling apart. I couldn't eat the spring roll as a whole. I had to use a fork and pour the sauce over. The rice paper was too soft and sticky.
