Liquor Barrel

Mad props to the beer buyer here. You may not know it, but if you are a craft beer nerd this place is on point with more "known" locations. Rarely is there a release that this place misses. Like, right now I can't even think of one. They have a huge cooler which means those fresh craft IPAs never get warm. Service is great as well. Shares a parking lot with Cooper's. Also has a fantastic whisky selection. Seriously, beer nerds. If you have not been here before check it out. You'll find some gems.

Exceptional customer service. Unexpected from a liquor store, especially so close to 10 pm when most of the time you get eye rolls. Both Tom and his co-worker were helpful, educational and friendly. They even offered to see if they could pick up our favorite brand of red wine for the store for future visits. Genuine connection, clean and tidy store, well stocked, competitive pricing, all around a great experience, we will be back!

Your basic Mark I/Mod 0 liquor store. All the usual suspects at rather reasonable prices. Half-decent selection of craft beers. Staff are very friendly. It's no Thomas Liquor or Solo Vino, but if you're in the area and need something basic, here you go.

My friends moved walking distance from this place. We warned them the first time we went there that they were going to see a lot of us.... not even a month later......yeah we're regulars hahaha. Nothing extraordinary about this place. Down to earth staff you can joke with.

Liquor barrel has a great selection of craft beers. Many from Minnesota and quite a few from all over including one of my personal favorite unique brews, Indra kunindra by Ballast Point. Been in here 4-5 times and they have always seemed friendly and asked if I had any questions or needed help finding anything in particular. (I usually float in the craft beer section unable to make up my mind).
