This is the absolute worse place to purchase anything for your home. We ordered some cabinets to match what was installed by our builder. Finally after 3 months the order was ready for pickup.....supposedly. When I got there they can only find part of the order. The missing half the line items. They are no where to be found. I was sent back up front where I was promptly told they can't help me since Natasha placed the order.Of course, she's not there and when you call her mobile phone she let's you know she won't return your call for 24-48 hours. She did respond to a text and said she new right where the missing items are and will get back to us right away. Of course, no return call or text from her the rest of the day. We text her again the next day, since we know she's not answering the phone... Then we are informed that it must have been sent with someone else's order and they should be returned 'sometime'. They will place another order, like they are doing a favor, as a replacement even though it's completely their fault. Now we wait again.... no discount offered and very little concern by anyone working there. No wonder why they make you pay in full up front. If there was ever a company to make you want to not shop local and go to the Big Box stores, Lampert's is it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a bunch of deck boards, was told it would be a week before it was delivered and I said no problem. Been over two weeks and they can't even tell me when they will be getting a shipment in that can be delivered to my house.

Reached out to Jason in Lake Elmo to find out what information was needed for ordering new doors for our home. Went in and got a brochure and looked at the doors they had. After reviewing the information I let Jason know the specs from the contractor, and followed up a few days later. I was told he was still waiting on the quote from the door manufacturer. It has been over a month now - not a word. I should not have to badger someone so I can give them my money. I went elsewhere and they helped me order the doors on the spot. I went to Lampert based on the recommendation from my contractor, and also from a friend. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the customer service.
