Absolutely fabulous food. The cauliflower tacos are still my favorite - order them if they are on the menu. But anything Al Pastor is phenomenal too. I haven't seen the empanadas lately, they are missed.Don't forget the churros as they are the best I have ever eaten.Service is fantastic. My only complaint is that they don't regularly post the location. But the truck is a regular at Arbeiter Brewery and Venn.

Their food truck was at the wooden ship brewing and I stopped by to see what they had. I am a sucker for yuca so ordered their yuca fries just as an appetizer before we went out to dinner.They gave me a beeper and I went back to my beer while I waited. The fries took a few minutes and I went and picked it up when the beeper went off. The yuca was cut up like fries which was a unique way than what I have seen normally. Came with a cilantro chipotle sauce. The yuca was fried well. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The fries could have been seasoned a little more, but the sauce helped. Overall decent app and would try some of their other offerings given a chance.

La Tortilla food truck was parked near my office the other day, so I gave it a shot! I love a good burrito bowl, so I was glad that they had the option. The menu isn't super extensive, but really includes all the classic Mexican food you'd need! Service was quick and friendly, which was especially nice on a rainy day.I loved how colorful my bowl was, with all the different fresh ingredients. The homemade chips on the side with lime were also delicious. Mixing up and biting into this bowl was great. It was incredibly flavorful and hearty - I couldn't even finish my whole portion! I can't rate the price since I was treated to lunch, but I'm sure this is a great value. It was nothing super unique and different - but just a really good classic. If you're in the mood for Mexican food and see this truck, definitely stop by!

This food truck churns out absolutely delicious food! We loved every single bite. Flavors were complex and interesting and I delighted everyone in our group! Nachos were a stand out as well as tacos - chicken was my favorite and my husband loved the chorizo. If you come across this truck, don't miss the opportunity to taste some of the best Mexican food in the the twin cities by far!
