La Maria Taqueria Food Truck

Friends and I had an assortment of tacos from this truck last fall. Hoping they're open during the winter...food was delicious and reasonably priced. No atmosphere--it's a truck!--service was fast and really friendly.

Best Mexican food near Lake Elmo. Always fresh, great flavor and excellent quality. I like the Mexican style tacos best, very authentic with chicken, onions and cilantro. Topped with their hot sauce and beans is a perfect meal.

Ordered this through Door Dash. Wow. Amazing!My nephew and I both are obsessed now. We split the birria tacos. He also had a steak taco. I had a carnitas taco. He got guac and chips. All delicious. The sauces were great.Ordering again asap!

This is a go to spot for me when I want authentic tacos and just really awesome Mexican food! It may be in an unassuming location, but the service is great, the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable! I will be back time and time again as long as I live in the area. Skip the chain restaurant and support this local business!

The barbacoa tacos are so good! As well as their birria tacos!! Must try! Their salsas go great with their food! Can't wait to go back for more!

Best tacos state side ever. Fresh homemade tortillas, fresh vegetables, tons of meat. You have to experience this. As good if not better than Mexico.

I absolutely LOVE this Taco Truck. To be honest, I'm a reaaaaal picky person. However, this truck stole my heart. () I've been here three times now and I always get their Authentic steak tacos. One thing that I thought was really cool about this taco truck is that they offer American Tacos. My fiance loves their churros that have a carmel filling in the middle. The guy that works there is sooo polite. I highly recommend this taco truck. Seriously THE best I've had. I wish they would put radish slices on the side but either way.... GO GET YOU SOME TACOS!

I've driven by many times, but stopped today. Wow. I'm afraid I will be stopping far more than "normal" from here on out. We had the torta asada (steak), and it was amazing. My partner had it with the jalapeños and spicy roja sauce. My mother and I had the same sandwich, minus the jalapeños and with the verde sauce on the side. My mom couldn't handle the verde sauce, as it was too spicy for her 75 year old Minnesotan palette, but she still loved the sandwich. I honestly don't remember the last time I had a sandwich that checked so many boxes for me! The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. The bread was grilled beautifully golden, and the coteja cheese tasted better than the kind I find at the grocery store! Yes, the wait was a little longer than expected for a food truck, but that's because the food was made fresh. This torta was worth the wait. Every single second. Go now!! I seriously can't wait to try everything else on that menu!!

This place is amazing! I highly recommend the Barbacoa, chicken, and carnitas. The pastor is also very yummy but can be a little greasy. The tacos are great, we also love the nachos, and they make the best quesadillas. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The Birria Tacos are one of the best I've ever had. Workers are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend if you want authentic Mexican.
