I was greeted by the staff when I came in and loved the warmth immediately. I was meeting a group of friends and it our first time. We enjoyed the music and our waitress was very attentive. I got the oxtail sliders and they were delicious! My friends loved them too. We also loved the Philly scramble. As for drinks the PYT margarita was a table favorite. I think we all had 2 rounds. I also liked the Nino Brown. Overall we enjoyed the ambience and had great service! I would definitely go back.

I visited Klassics last year (sorry still catching up on my reviews) while in town for a conference. I joined a random conference group for dinner and ended up at one of the best restaurants!From the venue to the menu, everything was delicious! Our group though strangers, all ordered different dishes and then shared. My favorites were the crab boil wings, blackeyed pea hummus, and the tenders on the I want it all sampler (I didn't try the taquitos but it did not look good) I ordered the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Loved the sides but the chicken was a bit dry. I will say I almost bought dessert because the peach cobbler upside down cake sounded amazing. However, I sampled someone else's and it was a disappointment!If I'm ever back in town I'll definitely return!

Food was good. They have some pretty interesting options. Service was good. Ambiance was good & very pretty. Went there for a birthday brunch and they accommodated our huge party well. Only downsize is... the price of some of the items I couldn't justify paying for. But I'll go back. Drinks 10/10Food 9/10Atmosphere 12/10

We stopped over at Klassics for happy hour after having coffee flights next door at CREAM. The staff were very nice and welcoming. At the time we arrived it wasn't busy but did seem to pick up as time went on. Loved the chill atmosphere & the decor. We ordered a few apps just to have a taste of some things. Everything on the HH menu is $8. We got chicken tenders (comes with 2 tenders), fries and dip, jerk chicken taquitos (comes w/ 4 but they were pretty small) and a drink. Maybe we just ordered the basic of the basic but the flavors of what we ordered were very basic and nothing really stood out. Also $4/tender was a bit much. The price is not horrible but just a bit disappointing for the flavor payoff. I did hear they recently changed something's up on the menu, and my sister is wanting me to give it another try so maybe someday I'll check it out again.

Stopped in the other night with a gf. Unsure if it was because it was middle of the week or January slump but was bummed to see how quiet it was. We had a reservations but they had many tables would say it did take awhile to be acknowledged to be seated. Music is A+ it put me in a good mood to eat. The jerk chicken taquitas with mango salsa 4/5. I wish the jerk chicken flavor popped more. The oxtail sliders were great 4/5. Loved the green sauce they paired with it. My friend had the Caribbean fried rice huge portion and great flavor. Will def come back again

The food was delicious and the drinks were fire . I absolutely will definitely be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Hey Travoodies!This isn't the first time that I have stopped in this restaurant. It is always a pleasant experience. This night it was a bar meet up, and honestly shout out to the bar staff. Very Personably! Very Kind! Very Friendly! It makes me want to return. I also think I overheard her say her name was Brittany (the owner, baby when I tell you she was making some drinks... I felt great! Thanks a bunch. It was 2 for 1 tequila drinks and yelp it was well worth it. Its always a groovy vibe in this spot. With a little chitter chatter I enjoyed the evening. Tonight's menu try with the Cajun boil wings. Now, I love me a good boil. I have never tried it with chicken wings. So off top, it was something different. My thoughts... Everything was good. The sauce I would bottle it up and sell alone honestly. I would want in the future for my chicken to be drizzeled with the sauce a little more. I would take the chicken and dip it.. Trust me that was not a a problem, but from a boil prostective [FOR ME] I like it saucy. I have not been disappointed from my last two inteactions. If you ever find yourself near their spot. Klassics did not disappoint! Ambiance 5/5 The Blue and Gold accents provides the perfect ambiance whether it's daytime, happy hour or evening event. Klassics is conveniently located across from the Depot with plenty of side street parking and overall great space. The fireplace is a great staple along with the mixed buffet style booths, tables and window seating. Food and price 5/5 Starters: Chicken boil wings $20( shareable)Lamb chops $36 (2x) Margaritas$12 Mojito $13 International Players Club anthem$15Pad Thai * Chicken Tequitos Total: $200 for 3 of people The food was seasoned to perfection, and great portions sizes. Service 4/5 Host was friendly, responsive and seated us immediately. Waitress provided great suggestions, answered our questions, and promptly corrected a miscommunication in ordering. Overall 5/5 The food, location, and service was in line with the owners' superior quality across all their restaurants -Soul Bowl, C.R.E.A.M., and now Klassics. I've been hearing about the Cajun boil wings from the state fair. When I found out this restaurant offers that, I had to go find out. This restaurant actually has a parking lot in front, however you will have to scan the barcode and pay online. We actually made reservations and was glad we did. They were busy and quickly filling up on both sides of the wall. The Cajun wings were fried crispy and then tossed into the Cajun boil sauce, like the butter based. It comes with potatoes, corn, and sausages. So delicious!! Also ordered the watermelon feta salad, that was also delicious. My friend ordered the sampler platter to try the other appetizers. Ambiance was chill vibe, good time, good music playing.

The the food and drinks were incredible. The Bbq chicken pizza had a unique sweet potato crust that gave it an amazing twist. The crab boil wings were phenomenal. The Jerk chicken taquitos were my least favorite but still delicious. The drinks were beautiful and tasty. As a driver I had the blueberry strawberry lemonade which was great and free refills. Definitely check this place out.
