I appreciate that they have a parking lot and the Thai iced tea was delicious. I also enjoyed that they have crushed peanuts on the table along with more traditional offerings like chili oil. My pad Thai was average- a little too soupy for me. Service was fast which was a plus on a working lunch hour. I wish they had a lunch special. The restaurant is very dated which makes for a poor ambiance. It would also be helpful to add gluten allergies to the section on the menu where you list other types of allergies.They are conveniently located by the light rail.

Came here after a women's fellowship event. It was great. The service was prompt and the servers were attentive and helpful even though we had a party of about 50 people.The food was great. I had the pho king and had a little taste of other people's dishes as well. The pho broth was on point where I didn't need to add anything else to it but I ALWAYS need to add chili oil just cause I wanted it to be spicy.Ambiance was nice and quiet. We were seated in the karaoke section of the place so it might be different for other people but it was nice where we were at.Highly recommended

This location is located on University Avenue and is part of a professional complex so it's not a standalone restaurant. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. They came and brought us waters and got our orders and food but after that, we never saw them again. Service was 50/50. Nab Vam: 5/5, so good!Pad Thai: 3/5, it was okay. Pho: 3/5, it was alright. Overall, their menu is too broad and if they took it down to just some main food, I'm sure it'll be great tasting but other than that, I don't know if I would come back.

We had a large group of people eating at Thai King for the first time last weekend. We ordered several different types of food (apps, curry, salad, stir fry) and all were very good. Fresh and delicious! Our server was very attentive to our table, explaining the details of some dishes' preparation when asked. Servings are fairly large, so make sure you come hungry!

They have a check in special listed on Yelp for $5.95 lunch. They don't honor it. We were told they no longer have a lunch special. The restaurant has a wheelchair ramp. It's a very casual place with plenty of seating. If you have a large group, they can definitely accommodate it. It's a bit musty smelling. Maybe because of the age of the building. When we came in, we were given a choice of where to sit. The hostess was pleasant. The first waitress to come to our table wasn't friendly at all. She was borderline rude. They don't wait tables by sections. Not really sure how they determine who goes out when, but when we weren't ready to order with the first, rude waitress, a more friendly waiter came and took our order. My friend and I shared an order of egg rolls. They were tasty. Warning, the stuffing really holds its heat. Even after sitting for awhile, they were still quite hit. I ordered the spicy noodles, which the waiter warned me were very spicy. I enjoy spicy food so decided to give them a try. They were quite spicy, but also sweet. Good combination of flavors. They were rather saucy. So I ordered an extra side of noodles to eat with my leftovers. As the flavors marinated together, they were even more spicy the next day. If you can't handle or don't like extreme spice, don't order the spicy noodles. My friend ordered the panang curry. She said it was tasty. The portion was large. Overall, it was a decent experience for a quick lunch between appointments. Food was good. Service, so so. Maybe order to go.
