KCM Eggrolls

A group of friends and I enjoyed the beautiful fall afternoon at Alloy Brewing and KCM Eggrolls food truck was there with some great smells and amazing food!I ordered an egg roll and some tempura garlic wings. The food was delicious! It took about 6-8 minutes to be cooked and the staff was friendly and quick! The ONLY reason I put it at 4 stars was due to the excessive garlic chunks on the wings. This was, personally, a lot of garlic for me. If you love garlic, these wings are absolutely perfect! The wings and the other flavors were still really good and I'd love to try their wontons and dumplings. A couple of folks from our group ordered those and they went quickly!!Look them up and see what stop they'll be making next. The bonus is you might even enjoy a tasty beer from a local craft master when they're at another brewery!

When I'm at an event browsing food trucks and I see KCM Eggrolls, my decision has been made! They always have a line by their window and keep their menu updated. My favorites are the Vegan Egg Rolls, Vegan Egg Roll Noodle Salad, Avocado Spring Rolls, and Cream Cheese Wontons. The fried outside layers are crispy, and the sauces have strong flavors. I think $12 for spring rolls is a little steep, but I'm happy to pay it and support their business.I hope I keep seeing KCM Eggrolls around Minneapolis!

Easily one of my favorite food trucks, period. Their food is phenomenal. My personal favorites are their egg rolls on a stick (which are huge) and their cream cheese wontons. The way they do their wontons or "puffs" are much more like a croissant or mini pie. Perfectly crisp, with an amazing creamy filling.The batter used for deep frying has a ton of flavor and is never greasy like what seems to happen for many trucks of this nature. Everything they produce seems to have the perfect crispness as well. Overall, the value of this truck is amazing, pricing is extremely fair for what you get and they've never disappointed (I seek them out at all events they pop up at. This particular time we had them come by for a work lunch).

Egg rolls have a nice flaky and crispy texture. The wontons are small but very flavorful (some of the best I have had in a while). The wontons are delicious and hit the spot.

We stopped by the food truck and tried the eggroll on a stick. Very tasty and not greasy. Nice portion size too.They have a large menu and so many other items looked great too.

First time having KMC Egg Rolls, soooooooo good. Check out their website to see where they are headed to, we found them at Tattersall Distillery. We tried their egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. It was the best egg roll I've ever had!! And the wonton was packed full of cream cheese, absolutely amazing!!

The best egg roll I have had in a LONG time. Love this truck. I will go where this truck goes :)

KMC Egg Roll came to my apartment building today. They parked in our driveway and served lunch to about 60 residents and local business neighbors in the span of an hour and a half. Everyone is raving about their meals! I had the Egg Roll Noodle Salad. Oh my gosh! Everything tasted so fresh! They had the perfect ratio of noodle to lettuce to crushed peanut to cilantro, etc. And the egg roll was mighty tasty and crisp. I ordered the tempura wings in garlic sauce to eat later for dinner. All I can say about them right now is that they look crispy and delicious; and they smell like no vampire will ever come near me. I look forward to KMC's next visit! I want to try everything on their menu!
