Here for another pre-flight stay & what a (bad) difference from our previous experiences.Noteworthy Mentions: Those fabulous house made burgers with creative themes on fluffy fresh buns are GONE. The just one more garlic-parm fries, nixed. In their place, "almost cooked to temp" curly fries & overcooked, saliva-sucking ground beef patties served on the most basic hard, dry buns sold - with a leaf of lettuce (and, for an extra $2, 2 strips of soft, gooey bacon) ... no options for onion, pickles, tomatoes, assorted condiments- sans the ketchup bottle floating around the tables.In short, prices are up, choices & quality are down & they're no doubt under-staffed.I'm sure covid is partially to thank for the big blah that overshadowed this visit. Yet, the last (heat of covid) time here was actually quite good.For context, I regret not eating at the airport... yikesAnother modification: automatic 20% gratuity We were seated & order taken at time of seatingFood was delivered & check dropped off. It's been over 20min now with my card on the table - and still no sign of the wait staff. No check ins, no clearing dishes, no collection of the payment. Other tables are commenting things like the "slowest server ever"I will note that the bar-keep is killing it. He's been interacting with everyone from behind the bar & hinting for tables to leave (it's now 930p, they closed at 9p) - responses from other tables during the closing time banter: "if someone would close out our tab, we could go" - "I've been trying to leave for an hour" - aaaannndd "I guess we should just leave cash on the table" which is exactly what we're about to do...

The killebrew burger is on point along with the parmesan fries. Service was great and the decor was pleasant.

Honestly wasn't planning on eating here. Was in town on the second weekend of February for business and due to Covid restrictions every restaurant was packed solid (25% capacity). This was the only place that didn't have a wait. The place was empty and at this point any restaurant that seated me would have received 5 stars. The food was acceptable...typical bar food. The wait for that food took much longer than average, especially since the place was empty, so it gets a 4 star.

Good food, I stay at the best western for business which attached to the restaurant. I ordered something off of the happy hour menu to go; I was informed I couldn't order anything off of happy hour menu to go because simply its happy hour, even though I am guest at hotel. Maybe I am wrong, I travelled a lot for work and I order my food to all the times. Maybe I am wrong but no establishment ever forced/told where to eat.

So I ordered the U-Pick 2 believe it or not (like Panera) and got half an order of chicken penne (spicy) and Caesar salad, very tasty! IPA on draft, not a super busy night traveling for work, this place was in hotel. I loved my dinner. I would eat here again!

Great place for happy hour. So many options with great prices, and all were delicious. Got the steak bites, two spinach dips, a pizza, and something else along with some drinks. The mixed drinks are a bit light at happy hour, but that's pretty typical. We also got two pastas, but these are what dropped the star off the review. Neither were very good and had WAY too much oil/fat.

Staying at the best western. Convenience brought me in. The restaurant was mostly empty. Servers were friendly but wow the pizza was terrible. Crust was like a cracker with absolutely zero flavor. The texture of the dough was unmistakably of a frozen origin. It was piled with so much flavorless cheese that you have to actually wait for it to slide off. Got about a slice and a half through it before I threw in the towel. A friend had the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was passable. Seeing the nice pizza oven convinced me to order. I'd definitely skip it.

No longer open. Was so disappointed when I got to the hotel in a snowstorm and delivery of anything else would take forever.

8:05pm on a Saturday, staying in attached hotel and won't take an order as they close in an hour.

Great cocktails, decent food.same stFf as hotel, all work in various areas of hotel/restaurant
