This place has been completely remodeled. It looks fantastic. They still have excellent food and service, and have risen to meet the Covid-19 challenge by offering a complete to go menu and focusing on outdoor seating. I've been there a few times since they reopened in May, and each trip has been exceptional. I really enjoyed their Friday Fish Fry, and their steaks are delicious every time.

I've been going to JS Supper Club since it was actually known as Club 8 and owned by Jim & Deb Moss.Even with the change of ownership, the food remains the same - utterly fantastic. Warm, fresh, and made to order, it's a great choice for a Friday Night Fish Fry or a Sunday casual outing with the family.Being a more casual diner myself, I've never been a huge fan of Supper Clubs, but this one is welcoming to all, in whatever you are wearing. They also host the Wildlife Restoration Association's yearly banquet, and that in itself is a win for me.Thank you for all that you do to help the community!

We first ate there 50 years ago (known then as Club 8) when on vacation with our parents who grew up in that area and ate there recently when visiting the area. It is a quintessential northern Wisconsin supper club, with a limited menu but well prepared, pleasant service and some good beers on draft.Miker

JS Supper Club is an excellent choice for dinner. We went on a Friday night and had the all you can eat buffet which included fried or baked pollack to order. It is family owned and very clean. The Yelp directions took us to the incorrect address. It is on Highway 8 about 2 miles west of Ladysmith on the right. You cannot miss it. They have a huge sign. Everyone there was very friendly. It felt like a small town supper club. We are from the Twin Cities and drive through Ladysmith about twice a month. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I went there for the first time, there menu is very limited and written on a board so in order to look at it you have to go stand and stare at a board which I'm sure is just because of covid but still inconvenient. We both ordered the New York strip, he got fries and mashed potatoes and I got mashed potatoes and the salad bar. The steak was good, had good flavor and was cooked well a little extra pepper then we like but still they were good. The mashed potatoes were not good, they tasted like Instant mashed potatoes. I ordered wine and after I tasted it I realized it was boxed wine, which I'm not a fan of. The salad bar had a lot of options, they have darn near everything you'd want or need. Last but not least, the service... our waitress was not the greatest, she didn't seem to care and of course everytime she'd come I would say thank you and she would just walk away, with no acknowledgement which I find rude. My water cup was dirty, the plate she brought for me for the salad bar looked like it had some old ketchup on it so I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back so I could ask for a new plate, ended up asking a different server. I probably won't return
