Jimmy John's

As a Marine Corps Veteran, I drove 21 miles on Veteran's Day to this location because the Jimmy John's Website said they were doing a promotion for Veteran's offering a free sub with the purchase of a medium drink and chips. Upon arrival, I was told the Amery location was not participating in this promotion. I was told if they did that, then they would have to charge more to the local community for their subs. Saddened, I left with nothing. The guy did say "God Bless" as I left.Fortunately, I drove up the road to Subway and told them what happened, and they honored the Jimmy John's promotion for me. Great food when you can get it. The Amery store is EXTREMELY inconsistent with hours. Today (Monday) posted hours are 11am-7pm. It's currently 3:42pm. Try to order for delivery..."delivery unavailable"". Ok. No biggie. They're probably short handed. I get that message about 50% of the time i try to order. So I figure I'll go pick it up. "Online ordering currently unavailable". Ummm, what? I call...no answer. Which sadly is very common for this store to be closed during posted open hours.In short, when they're open, the foods good. Deliveries are usually (but not always) accurate. But their hours are very unreliable. Very poor reliability.But unfortunately I'm no longer going to be a customer of the Amery Jimmy John's. Done with the absolute unreliability and spotty service. Good luck! You'll need it.Signed,A former customer

Hardly ever open and always short staffed. Fresh produce except for the that I had a hair in my sandwich

It's sad that everything is cold I went for a B.L.T. And it the bacon was pre cooked but cold and the service was bad the kid at the counter couldn't hear for his life and didn't know what I was talking can't at all. Wouldn't recommend at all. When I got home I cooked the bacon myself just to eat it lmao.

I stopped at Jimmy John's in Amery for lunch today - I wanted a sub sandwich & after having a terrible experience @ the Subway in St. Croix Falls I thought I'd try Jimmy John's. What a difference from Subway -- the entire facility was CLEAN - no bits of food laying around, the area for making the subs was spotless! (unlike the mess at Subway!) The service was great - so much so that I asked the person in charge if he would consider opening a Jimmy John's in SCF! His competition would drive people into his place of business! Thank you Jimmy John's -- cleanliness and customer service still do make a difference! I will drive all the way to Amery again for my next sub!

So great. Fresh bread and ingredients. Favorite place for a quick lunch in the area! Also Love the wide selection and different options. And very nice people!
