J.B’s Moose Lake Shack

Great to see them open for the new year. Went for dinner Friday night and came early. Got a seat about 6 pm. Had dinner and by 7:10 they were asking us to leave our table and move to the bar. Funny no seats there. They don't take reservations and we still had drinks in front of us. Walleye was good, rice was not warm and cole slaw needed some spice. Not a good night.

Absolutely the best spot in the north woods and a big step up from the usual beer-n-burger bars. Everything made fresh and is delicious. It has become our favorite spot. Jared and Lian have created something really special. Don't miss out.
